The laptop is easy to use and very fast. We love the graphics also.

I recently just bought this 2 in 1 laptop for my son. He absolutely loves it. Its fast and so easy to use. He loves the graphic display, speed, and memory storage space. He's only a sophomore and since computers have a quick turn around of being outdated I purchased the geek squad maintenance and software updates with it. They price was just right.

It’s fast - it’s an adventure that I’m learning about A lot of features to explore clear clean screen- Love the way the keyboard lights up- waiting to use the microphone so I can talk instead of using the curser to get info - seems to b well built quality Materials were used can’t wait to learn how to Explore the internet and use it in every day life

I bought this for college. Has been great so far. All software is easy to use and download. I have ben able to setup email, utilize bluetooth devices, use chrome, microsoft word, and many other tools. Nice size. Keyboard is great and easy to use. High quality, seems very durable. Great storage as well.

Great size not to big or too small. Screen quality is not the best but for the price and other features it's good. It's fast. Speakers are good but can be muffled if it's not on your lap the right way. Touch screen is very responsive. Sometimes the fan goes but it's usually completely quiet. So far no complaints it's a good machine

Excellent laptop for the price. It’s worth it. Display and battery life is very good. Only issue is webcam but it doesn’t hurt you much. Overall sound system is good, fast and cool. Keyboard and using them is compatible. If it was manufactured in 14 inch size it will be more compatible in hand to enjoy the convertible feature.

LOVE THE SIZE, BACKLIT KEYBOARD, FINGERPRINT FOR SIGN IN ( YOU WOULD NOT THINK IT IS THAT BIG OF A CONVEINIENCE BUT IT IS ) I OF COURSE LOVE THAT IT STANDS LIKE A TRIANGLE ON ITS OWN OR FOLDS 180 DEGREES FLAT, BOTH ARE GREAT FOR USING SMART PENS FOR TAKING NOTES. I RETURNED A TABLET SURFACE PRO AND GOT THIS INSTEAD. -DOM

I bought this hp laptop 512 gb , it’s worked fine my kids love it, it’s flexible with the tablet options , you can turn it into a tablet , easy to use perfect for anything, very light, nice design I really enjoy it, I’ll definitely recommend it to everyone.

Everything was fast and responsive. Fast noise was okay and it doesn’t gets hot all the time. I gave 4 star because of the display. It’s not that great, brightness was a little dim. If you are looking to take this outdoor for use, maybe look something else. Overall, 8 core processor was way too responsive compared to quadcore models.

Its fast and light and overall a super great product

Would have given 5 stars, but the fingerprint reader is very sensitive. Works only 50% of the time. Also the hinge seems not as robust mechanical as I would prefer. I can see after 2 or 3 yrs of using that hinge would become very loose. Speed is very fast. Back lit keyboard is beautiful... start up time fantastic...

I went to Best Buy looking to buy a different HP or Dell with 12 GB RAM but when I got to the store pretty much every laptop I picked out they were out of but not just out where they could order one for me they were all on back order so they couldn't even order them at that point. However, the salesman that helped me found a similar laptop. This HP Envy. It had a better processor but only 8GB RAM. It was one of there open box items so it didn't come in the original box or with any of the manufacturer's paperwork but he assured me it still had the manufacturer warranty. So, I decided to purchase it. Something that was kind of irritating is that when I got it home and turned it on, the laptop's HD never been cleared from the original purchaser. It took about an hour or so for me to do it. Afterwards, HP sent me a notification asking me to complete the registration for the warranty but after I did that they said it wasn't eligible to register. Um not sure what that means. But otherwise, I love the laptop! I also bought the Bamboo stylus pen which works great on this laptop.
