I love this laptop. It is easy enough to use, yet it has super techy features that I love. I'm also a professional photographer and it works great for multi-tasking and using adobe. Switching between touch screen can be confusing at first though because it sometimes switches to tablet mode.

Pleased with overall performance. Having a tech familiarize us with the various features with a big help to us seniors. Only problem I have is getting used to the keyboard's touch as I am from the typewriter generation and need to go lightly in order not to make typos. I'm getting there!

Bought this for my son to use as he starts college. So far he's happy with it and he is a power user. The only issue has been when restarting from sleep mode, two times it has failed to start and had to be rebooted. Hopefully future Windows updates or Bios updates solves the issue.

I LOVE this computer. It has proven to be everything that i need to to be on the business level. I can work on photoshop, but also enjoy netflix when i get home. I love that it transforms into a tablet as well. Its start up speed is very quick, and the battery life has been one of its best perks. The only thing i would change, is the screen "pops" every time you open the laptop. I don't think the design was very thought through on that aspect. The battery charger also gets incredibly hot when plugged in to charge. If those minor details don't bother you then i definitely recommend this computer to anyone.

This was my first laptop purchase. did some research first, but this laptop fit the bill for what we wanted. Large screen and love how it goes from laptop to pad. Touch screen is awesome. Still getting used to the Windows 10, but overall I am pleased with the purchase.

I bought this for school, and I have been able to do much more with it besides just school work.

I didn't need all the bells and whistles that this computer came with but it was on sale so I got it. It's a touch screen and I can flip the screen over to make it into a tablet. The only thing is that it takes forever to download updates and takes a while to boot up

Absolutely stunning resolution! Sounds is awesome along with the speed! It has everything to be productive and at the same time watch videos and listen to some music!

I was hesitant about upgrading to Windows 10. But after having it for about 2 weeks to learn the system, turned out pretty good. Of course there are some things I'll miss about my Windows 7, but I'm enjoying this fast PC. Only downside that I'll miss is the CD-ROM =P

First laptop I ever got and it’s been really good to me so far. I love that it’s touch screen and that you can bend the screen to switch it to tablet mode. It’s great for watching movies or playing games; however, it’s a bit too big for college. It’s a good personal computer.

My 21 yr old FSU senior said it was better than he expected. Wish the salesman had let us know a student would likely have free access to Microsoft Office. Wasted $65 with a ridiculously short return period. Kudos to the BB customer service guy for at least trying to get us store credit.

Wasted money on a tablet last year. Still can't beat a laptop! This gives me the best of both worlds with touch screen and tablet mode and still get my laptop. I like the i5 price and I can do all I need with work and personal. I have owned many HP laptops and desktops over the years.

I have had this since Sept Labor Day weekend and so far I really like this better than my last HP. The only thing I don't like is the all in one mousepad with no left and right click button as other laptops have had. Otherwise good color and speed is great

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because when I set it up to sleep with multiple browser tabs open and then I open it to use it again I have lost those tabs a few times, but I would say 98 % of the times it gives me the option to restore them.

This is her second laptop. Last one lasted her 4 years...college years! Great computers! And the Best Buy sales guy was incredibly helpful to her. She only had an hour to shop so he got her all set up and ready to go to Grad School w. new computer!

I recently bought this laptop after being in desperate need for one, and all I have to say is wow. It's quick, powerful, and very mobile, perfect for the college life. The Intel Core i5 processor is excellent for running multiple tabs for notes and work, but also for gaming.

It's really a great computer, light and easy to carry. I have had issues where when I don't properly put the computer to sleep or turn it off, the windows program will crash and take its sweet time to reboot. Other than that, it is a great machine

I like it and for me it was expensive. I wish I could use Picasa but it was DCed. My son's Dell overheated and I got this and gave him mone, because there was no lower end ones like ours. I don't know how I feel about the flip screen yet. It does perform well though.

Runs awesome and does everything I want it to do. Great for doing school work on and web browsing. Not good for gaming but I didn't get it for anything else Besides schooling.. I would recommended this computer to anyone that will be doing a lot of school work or work.

Great for surfing the Internet, creating and storing documents, and using other programs, it's working well. I use it as laptop and as a tablet. I actually like using it as a tablet with large screen. I just wish the battery life was longer.
