I really love the versatility of the product, however, I have had some minor problems with it having to restart every time it goes in sleep mode. I believe this is from downloading a faulty driver and haven't had a chance to try to fix it.

I love the touch screen. The ability to scroll, zoom in and out by touching the screen makes this an easy to navigate laptop with many options for accessibility to web and stored content like photographs.

I love my laptop. It's fast!!! So glad that printer works with it, had no issues using it. I haven't explored all of its potential I intend to do so soon. All in all a wonderful machine and best buy customer care was fabulous they helped me with everything!

Since purchasing the HP Envy x360 2 in 1 laptop to replace my older one its been a great investment the laptop is fast and has great features such as the touch screen, converts to a tablet and has the latest Windows 10 love it and would highly recommend it

The laptop has been great, the touch screen is a great feature and the laptop runs very smooth. Perfect for watching shows, and using office applications. Very happy with my purchase. Just a good solid all around laptop.

I'm very happy with my Notebook (laptop) computer, but the BEST part of my purchasing experience was my salesperson "Bobby" at the Lakewood, CA Store. In spite of using a computer for years, I am still very uneducated about computers. When I went to Best Buy that night, I needed to buy a computer because my old one was about to "crash". Salesperson "Bobby" was kind, understanding, and extremely patient - answering all of my questions, giving extra tips and suggestions, and not making me feel rushed at all. I do love my HP ENVY Notebook computer, but I will never forget "Bobby's" excellent customer service. FIVE STARS for "Bobby" at the Lakewood, CA store. Because of him, I will return to that store for future purchases, and recommend to my family and friends that they go to the Lakewood "Best Buy" store and ask for Bobby to help them!!! :o)

The experience at bestbuy was better than the privately owned place i bought my last computer, that was good for making selections. I am satisfied with the computer, it does what it needs to do for my purposes with it

Awesome computer pf it's an HP so you have that. This computers features are great for school and work I use it in both places. Its a little heavier than my last laptop but this is due to the metal case, plenty of memory and RAM glad I bought it

I am a college student and this has worked perfectly for me. I don't do any gaming or anything like that, but for taking notes in class and writing papers it is perfect. It's fast and the battery lasts long enough for a days worth of classes.

I love the versatility of the computer in that I can use as a typical laptop or flip it to touch screen and use it as a tablet. The picture quality of awesome. We just increased our internet speed and now love the speed of this little laptop.

This was an upgrade to my previous HP Pavilion Laptop I bought over 5 years ago from Best Buy. Coming from that to this was like stepping into the future. This convertible laptop is INCREADIBLY thin and the screen is amazingly crisp. I never thought I would be one to use the laptop in tablet mode but it does surprisingly come in handy. A little large but with it in my lap it's still a nice addition to have. The price point on this was also too good a deal to pass up especially with my rewards coupon. Huge upgrade to my old laptop and highly recommend.

This laptop, compared to others in a similar price range, offers much more in terms of performance and tech. It's sleek and it can handle the everyday business application load if you are getting it for things other than surfing the internet.

This was a gift for my daughter that just started college. I was concerned that it might be too big for her since the one she was using was pretty compact but she loved it. She really likes that it is touchscreen and the 360 degree feature.

As a newcomer to Windows ten and an old timer to HP I am satisfied with this laptop. The lighted keyboard is a plus with me and the challenges of learning a new system have been stimulating for this white hair user.

I have been very pleased with this computer. It is very light-weight, and I love that you can use it either as a computer or in the tablet format. I primarily use it to upload pictures and surf the web. It definitely has met my expectations!

Looking for a computer for a new college student could be difficult, or you could get this. My daughter LOVES everything about this except for the fact it doesn't have a disk slot, so no DVD watching for her....

Very user friendly. I love that it has the tablet mode. I needed a laptop for work and the tablet is a bonus for at home with the kids. The screen is crystal clear. The keyboard is functional. I love it! So glad I went with the HP envy

I would have liked a DVD drive but overall I am happy with the features I use daily. Have not had time to review all the options for my photo work but the screen clarity is better than I hoped. Pricing was fair.
