Great PC

One thing I wish was different is that it comes with the function keys already programmed vs. having to hit the fn button and then the function key. It was an easy fix but when I first got the PC I was hitting the f2 button to edit cells in Excel but in fact it was changing the brightness of the screen. Turns out the new HP's are programmed this way. Geek Squad quickly made the update for me.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took out of the box new and upon start-up the laptop ended up displaying a fan error. What I will say is that the Best Buy team was very nice about returning the laptop and giving me a new one, no questions asked. I wasn't that upset about this happening...because it simply happens from time-to-time. I took it home and it wasn't as fast on start-up and processing as I had expected. About two weeks later, I ended up taking it back and getting an HP Spectre 13t laptop instead....this laptop, AWESOME! Very fast start-up due to the SSD storage, very light weight, very thin, great display, good sound, looks great and the packaging alone of this laptop was impressive. Comes with a nice leather case as well. Highly recommended. Again, the Best Buy team allowed me to exchange the PC for a full refund to purchase the Spectre (obviously this was more expensive). They were great through all this, as I made up my mind.
