So far the laptop has been more than capable of doing everything I have thrown at it with ease. More than that, the Best Buy rep who assisted me was truly outstanding in searching existing stock for the laptop I wanted...only to learn it,was out of stock. Until that rep dip one more check and found it. Best rep ever.

I needed a laptop that would get my daughter all the way through college but still needed to stay on a budget. This one does the trick. It's packed with great essentials and is powerful enough to withstand a few years without being rendered useless by upgrades in technology.

My daughter was set on a Mac but I persuaded to look at PCs that may have more to offer for the money. We looked at a lot of choices and decided on this one. The tablet feature was not a big selling point but she ended up loving it. She says it's a great laptop, picky young lady is totally happy.

I bought my Hp Envy in Nashua NH. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman didn't try to oversell me and sold me a great laptop at an outsanding price. Im happy with this product and would recommend this laptop to anyone. Just wish I remembered the gentlemans name to give him a shout out.

Been looking for a while at various computers that were high level but not overly expensive. Wanted a laptop with the number keypad. This computer for the price is excellent for my business use. The 2 in 1 makes my work much easier and am enjoying the battery life and its use in tablet form.

Great laptop for the price. I also like the backlight on the keys for nighttime or dimly lit rooms. I would have rated this higher if it were one of the ultra-light laptops, but didn't want to spend $1,000+.. that's the only reason I didn't rate this a 5 star

Laptop worked well with a clear and crisp screen but it was too large and the keyboard was shifted left because of the addition of the number pad. It is a good desktop replacement but not very portable.

Went to purchase laptop/tablet for our daughter's college venture . Received college student discount, free printer as well as security suite. Took a little time to complete processs but well worth the time spent in Best Buy. Not to mention the points I will receive for the purchase.

I really enjoy this computer! Super easy to use and love the touch screen factor. I didn't give 5 stars because when I first got this computer the touch screen was messing up. I returned it to BestBuy and got a new one and haven't had issues since.

this laptop is great. just got some updates though that took 2 days to install..not sure why it was so slow, but it made the laptop unusable. i am concerned that if i use it as a touchscreen a lot that the keyboard will wear out, or get damaged.

this laptop satisfied everything that my son wanted in laptop. good processor for what he will need and be doing. The student discount price was the biggest reason i purchased this item. probably would not have bought at regular price.

I love the lap top but a cry for help on the virus protection. I already have issues with scareware. I had roots uploaded as my wimpy virus protection. so yes I recommend the laptop but NOT the roots virus protection. it's been about 7 weeks since purchasing.

I have had this laptop for about a year now and I love it. I use it for college and it has done well for what I put it through. Lately I have noticed it has started dying quicker but that is expected for all electronics.

I use this laptop for college and it is perfect. The fact that its slim means i can put it in my bad with out having to worry space. This laptop is also great for anywhere use, i find my self using the tablet mode in class for textbooks and it works great.

I love my new Evny! The touch screen makes things very user friendly and the new programs I have give me the ability to communicate in a more efficient way. It has the ability to use it as a tablet as it folds over completely and comfortably when in use.

I went in looking for a replacement for my dead lap top and decided on this one. I hadn't thought much about the touch screen feature, but I am SO glad that I got it. This system has been great. Runs quickly, no issues. Very happy with my choice!
