We were moving out of the country and needed a computer to manage our office and finances. This laptop has survived the trip and met all of our expectations.

This laptop is everything I want a laptop to be. It is much lighter then my previous laptop and I love being able to flip the screen to use the keyboard or use the touchscreen. Just wonderful.

This computer has all the power and more to handle my needs. I only use Office, e-mail and surf the internet. So this computer is more than adequate. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

Not the best laptop because I know there's laptops with higher specs but I can say that so far I'm satisfied with mine... You actually get more than what you paid for! I highly recommend it

This computer is fine and works great. I haven't had it long enough to see how it holds up over time. So far it is good... thanks.. Does not have a cd capability.....

The HP Envy laptop has a beautiful screen display. The tablet aspect of the laptop is flawless, if a little large to handle easily. I've had no problems otherwise. It's a great purchase.

Windows 10 is difficult to navigate through and the computer glitches a lot and kicks you out of what your doing, causing you to have to restart the computer often.

1st one I brought home had to return. Screen froze up, would not do anything. Returned it to store, was replaced with a new one. Have had no problems with this one

The only thing missing is a CD player. Didn't realize this was not included on laptop until trying to install antivirus. Otherwise, it has everything I wanted.

I love the keyboard and the screen. The clarity is so much better than what I was using. The overall of the computer is awesome. I made a great investment. It was $100 less on sale.

Had to return out of the box for fatal error but return was easy and store made sure second one would boot up. No issues just wish the keyboard was backlit..

I bought this for my daughter to do school work on and she loves it . The 2 n 1 feature is great the sound is great and the screen is so clear lookin to buy another 1 for me now

I have used and broke a lot of laptops and tablets. This HP is the best I have owned in years. I liked it so much I even purchased one for my 14 year old to use in high school.

I purchased this computer in July. So far I am pleased with what I can do. Wish it had a way to teach Windows 10 as this is my first experience with it.

Overall, I love the tablet and laptop combo. My only gripe is that the Netflix icon doesn't work, and I kept getting shuffled between Microsoft and Netflix to get it to work.

Got amazing service at Best Buy. The sales guy was v knowledgeable. He helped me get the right computer. Later my computer was set up in 24 hours with the programs I needed

A little heavy, but has a nice screen. One negative is that for such a big laptop, it has no ethernet connection! So you loose one USB port for that.

Excellent shopping experience! Loved the college bundle package deal! I knew I wanted daughter to get the 360 because it's so versatile! The printer for $29 was a bonus!!!

Laptop is ok, tends to be a little slower than anticipated and it restarts every time it goes to sleep mode.

This laptop was purchased for my daughter and has found it very useful, and reliable at all times. I will recommend the HP Envy to all students and business executives.
