I worked with the geek squad staff to pick out the right computer for my needs and I really appreciated it. It fits what I need on a daily basis. The staff was great!!

Not sure if I got a lemon laptop or if HP has issues. I have had the computer shut down twice. I have had error messages during start up. The on button was hit inadvertently and became stuck. The touch screen is not as sensitive as I would like to be. I had a button fall off after a few days. I am not hard on my laptops. This one just doesn't have a whole lot of resilience. Not a fans if i wasn't currently enrolled in school I would have returned it.

Meets all of my needs as an at home user. Excellent choice for either a college student or the retired individual needing access to the Internet.

The food dryer is very easy to use. I made fruit roll-ups and they came very good. I look forward using the machine for more recipes with other fruits and vegetables.

Good so far. Since the last TV we purchased from the store stopped working within less than 9 months from purchase, giving this time before we give it a full okay.

This is my second HP Envy. I love it. The speakers in this model are much improved. I haven't had to plug in my little 'can' speaker since I got this new notebook.

The computer has a great backlit keyboard and nice screen. With 12MB I expected speedier start-ups. Have also had occasional boot-up issues.

i was really nervous about getting a new laptop, but i do not regret this action at all. really good laptop, all the features and good looking as well.

Best Buy customer service was very good, the sales person spent alot of time with me answering questions about the computer and explaining the operations of it.

I love my computer. It does a lot more than I need and more than I planned on buying. I normally buy Dell but am very pleased with the quality of this computer.

The laptop is very light and easy to carry. However, it is very easy to get dirty and smears of your hand print on the keyboard. Constantly drops the WIFI connection and always having a ton of updates which does not always download properly. I purchased the laptop in August and have already had an issue with it shutting down and giving me an error message. Contacted HP twice to have it fixed and I am still having the same issue.

I've have my laptop for about a month now. I'm enjoying it and it's working great. Also my sales person Malique Murphy was WONDERFUL!!!!

Good except no CD player and was not told by employee that this unit did not have a cd player. Becadu of that I had to spend extra mondy

Maybe I have been just unlucky, but this PC didn't met all the technical criteria that I was looking for. Moreover it crashed so many times that - after a couple of visits to the GeekSquad experts - I've returned it and I chose to buy an Apple... Windows 10 based PCs should be definitely improved, otherwise some problems will never go away...!

Great graphics, fast return on sites, Microsoft upgrades from 7 were well explained and easy to use. If you have a student, this is what you want to buy.

She really likes the computer and definitely serves it purpose. She lives on campus and has not had any problems with the computer.

Unsure of whether Windows 10 would be acceptable, I went ahead and bought the HP computer. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Great for home use!

I exchanged it for the I7 version they were out of the model I originally got which had an I5

Bought this for my son for college. It is perfect for a first computer as long as it is not needed for things like graphic design.

HP laptop is nice alternative to expensive personal laptops out there. It is as efficient and reliable as the other popular ones.
