The quality of camera is very poor. It has other issues such as headphone jack doesn't work and persistent video playback issues. The touch goes unresponsive frequently.

Bought from for my daughter going to college in California. Right off the bat it was dropping the wifi. She returned and I ended up getting her a Mac. Enough said.

It did a hardware update the first day of class after getting it a few weeks ago. It fried the whole thing and with both warranties I have to wait four + weeks.

The computer worked fine for 30 days then the track pad spazzed out. Tried several fixes which worked for a few days, then problem continued.

The computer had a ghost mouse issue so Best Buy replaced it but overall the laptop has been poor purchase.

I finally decided on this laptop after many days of research and demoing (and after I finally gave in and agreed to pay over $300 more that I originally planned.) The power button was flawed and had to be pushed extremely hard to work properly and didn't click when you push it like the demo version did. There was also a dent in the narrow metal strip that goes across the front of the lid. The display laptop was much faster than the one I brought home, when I returned it I asked why the display ones are faster and they claimed it was because the display models use a demo version of Windows. I feel like this is a little bit like false advertising because I was amazed at how the display laptop booted up in 20 seconds and the overall speed of it even with the i5 processor just to bring one home and have it take over 2 minutes to boot, lag a bit, and just feel sluggish overall. I returned this one, decided to go another $100 over budget, and ordered the Samsung Notebook 7 spin. The Best Buy employees were very kind and helpful and I had absolutely no problems with customer service. Hopefully no problems with the next one. It is a shame because I really loved the design, weight, thinness, and keyboard of the Envy x360 over any other laptop in the store.

The computer Broke after a month of owning it. I would not recommend this computer to anybody

would recommend to someone else and they would probably recommend someone else.

I have had my HP Envy almost two years. It is fast enough for what I need (no gaming), has plenty of memory, and the back-lit keyboard is awesome. I like everything...almost. I just wish the speakers were louder. I usually have to wear ear buds to hear voices, pod casts or Skype calls, clearly. (It's fine for background music.)

We purchased this laptop for light use if we needed something portable, since we are doing more travelling. Computer has good battery life, is not too heavy and can do pretty much anything a computer can do. It is a little slow to start from a complete shut down, but that is the only complaint. Please note we do not really play games on it, so we can't speak to that! All in all, a good computer with plenty of flexibility and power.

Had this laptop for a month so far and not a aingle problem so far. Reliable, super fast, slim, lightweight, sturdy, beautiful laptop. Best Buy has the best laptop deals I've ever seen. My go to store for all my families electronics! The perfect mid-high grade laptop. You will not be disappointed in this purchase; this coming from a former Geek Squad Agent.

I was looking for a laptop that will be easy to operate and small enough to take with me. I also needed a number key pad. This model gave me all I was looking for and more. The touch screen adds convenient options when scrolling on websites. The option to use as a tablet is a bonus, but a little bulky, difficult to type.

I'm so happy the sales rep recommended this computer. I'm in love. It is way better than my much cheaper 4 year old Asus. It's super fast, and has great sound for a laptop. And I'm really enjoying a lot of the features my old laptop didn't have - like the touch screen.

I've had this laptop for about a week, and the performance and design are both fantastic when compared to my 5 year old laptop. However, the mouse trackpad is the most infuriating device and driver I've ever encountered in a computer. Out of the box, the driver is equipped with an absolutely ridiculous setting that you cannot move the pointer while typing or for two seconds after you have finished typing. For who knows what reason, this infuriating setting cannot be easily disabled within the included Windows 10 hardware troubleshooter. You have to go deep into the computer registry and code to manually delete it. However, after doing so, the computer will automatically reset it back to the default after every update. In addition to that, if you do modify the setting within the code, the driver will also randomly disable, crash, or spam your notifications with error messages which causes all open applications and documents to be minimized. The only solution to this fiasco is completely deleting the device and driver, and either use the trackpad with absolutely no custom settings, gestures or mods, or use a USB mouse. If I wanted to use a USB mouse, I'd have bought a desktop. After doing some research after the fact, this is a common issue within this HP laptop line that's equipped with Windows 10. I never thought I'd have to return a laptop over something as simple as a mouse trackpad, but I've suffered enough frustration in the last week that I don't have a choice.

Was looking for a new computer for my wife. Was between an all in one and a laptop. After seeing this one, I was sold. Had all the features I wanted plus was 2 in one. Was easy to set up out of the box. It found my wireless printer without a disc. (has no disc drive.) Works as a 15in. tablet perfectly. Great for watching movies in bed in tent mode. My wife loves it. She's never used windows 10 before but already has the hang of it. Day after we bought it, we saw it went on sale $100 less. We went back and Best Buy gave us the $100 credit. This one reason why all 4 of our laptops, tv, printers from them.

Got this for my daughter - a very well equipped laptop. It is also lightweight for its size and had a sharp monitor and a comfortable, backlit keypad with the numeric keypad section as well.

A very sharp looking laptop. The backlit keyboard is easy to read because the keys light up. Screen is very sharp and it came with a 7200rpm hard drive(not a 5400rpm drive that is listed in the specs in BB website). I also got a usb 3.0 to gigabit Ethernet adapter(J5 Create brand) . The sound is good and it is very quiet. When you add Geek Squad protection they will do the initial setup and put an anti virus program on it at no additional charge.

Very impressed with this laptop! I use it on a daily basis and it's very easy to use. Looks great!

Excellent computer, fast, beautifully designed. Can't wait to explore it completely..
