I love the look of this computer! It is a little heavier than I thought, but it is a large screen with a numeric keypad. I haven't had any trouble with it and I have installed many programs. It is still running fast and keeps its charge.

I have had this laptop for about a month now, and I love it. The touch screen is life changing. Makes things so easy to be able to use both, interchangeably. Easy set up, fast processor, perfect screen size for me. I would definitely purchase this again.

I use this for school, though most of my classmates have a MacBook. Let me tell you, this laptop is so much better. People are like, I wish I had your laptop because it is a touchscreen. It is great to have a laptop that is so interactive. The processing speed is very quick and the amount of storage is wonderful. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because the battery could last a bit longer; it lasts for about 4 hours. That is a little bit of a set back as my classes are all day. In addition, that makes the laptop a little bit heavy. So I guess it would be good to invest in a padded backpack. However, if you are using it mainly at home I'm sure none of these things would really be an issue. Regardless, I would buy this laptop again and again. It really gets the job done.

This computer was easy to set up for someone who knows very little about computers. The instructions were easy to follow once I jumped in. It is fast enough for my home use, has great graphics and sounds, and I love the tough screen.

Purchased this for my daughter as a college laptop but instantly fell in love and wanted to keep it for myself! It's fast, light weight and the sound system is better than what I'm use to. I may just purchase another one for myself!

Only issues we had was the initial operating software. Computer has a great screen, is fast and has a decent amount of memory when compared to similar models in other brands. Bought for college student.

Had problems with touch screen at first but Best Buy replaced it right away. Now it is working great. It has everything I wanted. Plenty of memory and processing speed and still thin and lightweight.

Versatile machine with wireless connection to my tv! I chose this model based on the ram and processor. I have been able to use it to study and also with my family. The person who recomended it did an excellent job!

this is good purchase for the typical home/office user, enough speed with an I5 processor and outstanding sound for such a small device - works so smoothly with Windows 10

I picked this out for my mom to replace her aging 17" dell, and she loves it. average weight, usable battery life of 5 ish hours, and the build quality is great. I have been very impressed with HP newer computers as of late.

After having laptop for about 2 months and using it on the upward of 5-6 times per week I am impressed with this electronic. Fast, efficient, relatively light and rotates 360°. So far exactly what I need for college.

I really don't need bells and whistles, I just need a reliable, fast computer that's user friendly and so far this has been excellent. Rarely use the touch screen but it's nice to have.

Bought this laptop for my college student. He reports that the memory good and it is fast. He was unsure of the tablet portion of the computer but now loves it. Great buy for the money.

I love my laptop. My brother kept telling me I didn't need something this nice, but that's because he has an older HP Envy, and didn't want me to out savvy him. I'm so glad I bought it for college!

I absolutely LOVE this laptop. I have not used it as a tablet yet. However, I do use the touchscreen. The screen is so vibrant. Plus, the laptop is lightweight. I am pleased with its functionality.
