The laptop looks great and has good functions, but it could be better if it doesn't freeze all the time.

Did my research before purchasing. Really loved it that it's so versatile. Tablet or laptop. Well done.

The hinges are showing signs of wear, and have chips or cracks on the edges

Everything is perfect but 15.6 inches it to big looking for another one around 13.3 inches

Purchased and turned it on, came up with the cooling fan was not working and further operations was not recommended. Returned for new one. Made them open the new one and turn it on. This time it went to set up. Took it home thinking I would be happy, not so much. As soon as set up was over it shut down and restarted 3 times with an error code and would not open any of the applications. Needless to say I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Sleek case, easy to type on, use it for work and it works great

I have tried 2 new HP Envy x360 15.6 i5 from Best Buy. Both had fingerprints all over them when I opened the box for the first time. Why do your new computers come with fingerprints on them? I am concerned about a new purchase that has fingerprints all over it.

Bought for my daughter's college needs. She likes it very much!

I think it's a good computer for beginners, but I do not like how it dents real easy. I keep mine in a case that I also purchased from Best Buy and there's a dent in the right corner and numerous more on the left side. I would take it back to return but I only get a 14 day return policy. Such bologna. I could go to Sams Club and get one and return it after a year or 2. I also have problems with it being glitchy and freezing up on me when using it to type my papers.

Purchased in the Dublin OH store. First one would not boot up, due to cooling fans not operational. Replaced after 110 mile trip back to the store. They did not have any in stock and could not offer a comperable laptop, with out me forking over more cash so Second one shipped to our home. The second one arrived after a few days and would work but kept shutting down after blue screening with a message of multiple errors and has to shut down and restart. It would take 5 - 10 minutes to restart. This happened at least 5 times in the first week. So again drove 110 miles back to store to get replacement. THIRD ONE came up with a a blue screen and error message from the start while trying to complete the initial updateso. This time called HP technical support. Unfortunately the person in India who was polite said since it is brand new we need to return it to the store. So I will have to make ano there 110 mile trip. This time I guess I'll have to fork over more cash and get a different brand.

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPUTAR I EVER PURCHASED YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY IF YOU BUY THIS! WITHIN 1 day of buying this computar guess what it does, the computar crashes about 2 times. I thought maybe i had a defective computar, i go back to best buy and exchange for a new one. Guess what happens again within 24 hours of purchasing the computer crashes again! This is literally the worst computar of mankind! Do not purchase im very disappointed in hp, iv been with hp for about 4 years and very disappointed to when I decide to buy a new one it acts like this! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP!

I exchanged the order twice...i had to erase all my data...the recent one i got still has a Screen Bleed on the corners....it is annoying...i mean how many times are we supposed to go to the store replace it...and get all the data back...!!! Do they even sell a laptop without defect...!! i hope somebody replaces this with one without any defects...!

Laptop functioned poorly out of the box with frequent freezing and extremely slow performance. Upon returning this product I was informed by Geek Squad employee that this make and model has a "software issue" not being adequately addressed by HP. Congratulations HP. You have lost a previously life long customer forever.

very disappointed at this model! I purchased and exchanged to another one but same kind of noise but less nosier. So I had to returned it and poor customer service at Best Buy. I ended up ordering from Best Buy website different model. I do not want to go back to that store again.

NO NO and NO is my answer if I have to recommend this notebook. Buying this device was big mistake. I don't trust those guys who said this is a good notebook. If you want to take chance it's on you. But the device is not worth it.

I've used this computer a total of 3 times so far. Mouse pad sticks, start up is SLOW and it's shut itself down twice because of some file error.

My laptop literally fell apart at the seams one month after the warranty expired.
