I bought this laptop for my wife and she loves it!

purchased primarily for home use, but have found that it has great use for additional tasks as well. Great battery life and sound along with very good picture / screen.

I love this computer! Everything I wanted and more

This laptop has been incredible, very light and versatile. It's the perfect thing for a person who needs the job done without having to pay the price. It's fast, has the storage and can handle multitasking.

This computer does it all. I did think I needed the touch screen but know that I have it I love it, makes life so much easier. This have everything you are looking for in a computer and more. I love it.

I had a Sony laptop with a motherboard that went bad and the motherboard is no longer available. The Sony had better performance specs, but I can't really notice any difference. So far, so good.

Good laptop for the price. Battery-life sucks. It only lasts about 4 hours after a full charge and regular normal usage (internet, email, etc. no games) as opposed to what the ad says (10 hours). Overall 3 star.. Decent for gaming

Very similar to the MacBook Pro (visually) Works really smoothly. I'm not super big on the touch screen part but the price is super good. Only downfall is the keypad doesn't light up.

MY SON NEEDED A LAPTOP FOR COLLEGE. HIS OLD LAPTOP WAS OK BUT BATTERY ONLY LASTED A COUPLE OF HOURS. HE LOVES THIS LAPTOP. IT IS TOUCHSCREEN AND THE BATTERY LASTS ALL DAY DURING HIS CLASSES.

This is a very good laptop computer. It provides more than is needed in terms of speed and memory and easily handles a students workload. Great screen for colors and sharpness.

I was looking at a different brand computer that was very similar. I love my choice! This one is just as good, does everything the other one does for a fraction of the cost. Love love love

My 15 year old, sophomore daughter is EXTREMELY pleased with this computer, as am I. We researched A LOT and this computer has the best specs for this price point. She loves that it is both a tablet and a laptop. I love that it has a fast processor, good storage, and good RAM. Plus, purchasing at Best Buy always seems to be the best deal, not just in price but also customer service. When my father-in-law needed a new laptop 3 weeks ago, I recommended this exact model to him and he purchased it! He, too, is very happy.

This computer is great. It took some getting used to with the touch screen and Windows 10 interface, but after a short acclimation period, we are now very pleased with this laptop.

Loving the features of this PC, learning windows 10 is a challenge. Excellent graphics, touch screen really nice. Keyboard great. love numbers across top and on the side.

I purchase this laptop ( second one) for my daughter for college she loves it it works so smooth and fast and I don't have any complaints about this laptop, thank you HP

I liked many things about this laptop, particularly the backlit keyboard and the numeric keypad. However the 2-in-1 option was useless for me, as I didn't use the tablet portion and the hinge can easily get off track when adjusting it for viewing. Trying to repair/replace the hinge costs as much as a lower-end laptop. HP should re-think the durability of the hinges.

It's fast. of course all computers are touch screen but the ease of use with the touch screen is great. It was easy to setup. I love The facial recognition at startup
