Enjoying my new HP laptop. The only problem I ha a black screen for several hours last week and then later it just started working again.

Touch screen is a little slow maybe it just takes some getting used to for my other touchscreen. Love everything else about this computer.

This laptop has a great display and also has I5 processor, 12GB of ram and 1T hard drive. This laptop will handle most of your needs.

It is an awesome computer as far as specs and design. However, it freezes every once in awhile and has a few other little bugs to it.

This is a great computer, but it takes a while to start up. My Lenovo starts up quickly but doesn't have the capacity of this computer

When my wife's old MacBook needed to be replaced, we thought we would give this computer a try. It is a nice computer and was easy to set up, but it was very hard for her to adjust from the functions of a Mac back to a Windows based laptop. We ended up trading this in after a couple days and purchased a MacBook Air instead. If you are used to working on a Windows based computer, this is a pretty good computer.

Great laptop. No issues until my screen cracked but that was my fault. I'd recommend it.

Totally freaked out because of the loud processor or fan. I even returned one, but the second made the same noise. Otherwise great.
