    Touch screen stopped working and the at the bottom of the LCD screen a small hair line crack and laptop has never left house or mistreated don’t buy unless you buy there Geek squad protection, never again will I ever buy a laptop at Best Buy

    It took a long time to turn on computer and pulling up any application. Its not easy to group websites in one box. Laptop gets slower when couple or more apps are opened.

    It is what you would expect from a $200 laptop. Its laggy and the track pad always loses track of my finger. You need to plug a real mouse in to be able to actually use the laptop practically. Running netflix is a chore for the laptop as well, and will lag because it can't keep up with the video. When it lags it is the laptop itself not your internet connection, it just cannot handle most things other than web browsing.

    This was for college student and needed a lock. Does not have portal for lock to lock to desk. After I read the HP reviews on their website and everyone said this is something majorly wrong with this particular laptop computer. Also, Geeksquad told my daughter to always turn it off. She did and it would not turn on properly and screen stayed black. I told her to keep it on, just shut top and now it works fine. But rocky start.
