    We have had a terrible experience with an HP ENVY X360 laptop that we purchased last November. It was returned once for repairs, but problems persisted; overheating, wouldn't shut down properly, & poor sound quality. Then the screen broke. Even though this HP Envy is still under warranty, the customer service dept. at HP refused to replace product or refund any of the initial price of $635. They offered to repair it for an additional $400 plus shipping, which we declined to pay. BUYER BEWARE! I would give it less than 1 star

    It’s been a great computer. I would like something similar with windows 11. My only dislike not enough USB ports and no CD/DVD player/burner

    Taking my laptop in for the 2nd time. Powere button has a defect. This is very frustrating!

    It was good for about a year then got extremely slow. I have done myltiple windows reinstalls that seem to speed it up for a month then slow again.

    This was a great PC, I had it for about 2 weeks before the issues began. The booting time started to decline. At one point it did not start back up at all. When It did boot up, and after sign in the screen would just be black. Spoke with customer service for an exchange, I was advised this as an issue with this model. I'm giving it a 2 because best buy did make it right. Great customer service.

    Received as a Christmas gift and loved it. The noise was loud and I contacted HP. The fan in these models is defective. I was told on the phone to send it in to HP and I'll get it back in a week. Unfortunately, my laptop has been in HP service for almost three weeks. I would nt recommend an HP laptop to anyone.
