i was really satisfied with the service best buy provide me, i order my laptop and about 2 hour later i get a call from a best buy representative outside my dorm with my order.

Had to return the first one I purchased because it was a lemon. The second one has been working out great and was easy to set-up. I love the back lit keyboard and the sleek design of the computer. It holds battery very well as compared to previous HP's I've owned. Overall, it is a good computer and runs at a decent speed.

I'm very pleased with the laptop. It has a decent hardware and specs. It is fluid and accomplished all the task I used it for. The laptop had a premium design and materials.

Pre-forms well. Very durable I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Great price point to.

Pretty good computer. Startup is kinda slow compared to my lenovo but that could be because lenovo is SSD and this one is a hard drive. Overall I like it.

I like the lit keyboard, the clear graphics, the metal shell. I like the reprogrammed internet web browser Edge. I like the new updated Windows 10.

I needed something not too big and not too small that was capable of running videos and programs for school. It works great for all these things!

Nice computer after original 24 hour repair due to manf. problem. Best fixed it but sending it out with a known problem is mind boggling to me.

It’s a great laptop but I find it a bit slow. It is an i5 processor I only wish I had gotten the i7.

Best laptop by far. Very good storage and great display. The sharpness of the picture is great. I purchased it for my daughter for school. She loves it.

This computer, out of the box, was super easy to set up. The voice prompts ensured that I could multi task and then hear when I needed to take action.

There a lot of features for the price. It is a little slow, but I believe it is from Windows 10 installing programs I don't really need.
