this laptop has a touch screen and keyboard which helps out in both ways to communicate. It does download and is a very fast computer for everyday tasks.

I bought this for college use and so far it’s been great. Finger scanner makes it easier to login. Also love that it’s so lightweight and battery lasts long

This is my “school” computer and I love it. It is easy to use and has everything I need. I love the touch screen feature.

This laptop is very lightweight, thin and easy to use. Since my old laptop was over 7 years old, it is taking me some time to get use to Windows 10. I don't like the lighted keyboard as I thought I would. It makes finding the keys difficult. At least I was able to turn off the back light. The space key does not always work, thus I have a misspelled words frequently. Correcting these run together words is not 'remembered' or stored, requiring the same corrections over and over. I do not like Edge for my internet surfing. I also don't like the icons with Windows 10. They are too small and simple for my aging eyes to quickly discern. In time, I'm sure I will get acclimated to all the features.

Does the job for school. Like the touchscreen. The setup makes things a little tricky when logging in but called geek squad and able to get it taken care. Apparently is a windows 10 security thing.

Reasonably priced with a decent feature set. Aesthetic appearance and reasonable size and weight for traveling. All and all a nice package.

I was reluctant to buy another HP but gave it a shot. Runs smooth, blazing fast start up and the finger print login has been flawless so far

It's fast and takes less time to boot up. Touch screen is amazing with the big screen. The fan inside makes noise when the system tries to cool down. Hp would consider working on this issue.

This is a great laptop, plenty of computing power, excellent resolution and nice to have a flip over into tablet mode with a touch screen!
