Using for several months now and very satisfied with the overall experience. Have had 0 issues so far and HP has come a long way IMO. One of my favorite things and overall reason I bought this laptop was the speed and fast start up time which they have almost down to nothing when you first open and push the power button it's there like there's no boot time anymore. Very impressed with HP and support they give. Great Job!
