I love the touch screen feature of this laptop. Along w the ease of the conversion to tablet mode.

The laptop was easy to set up and use immediately. The only confusion I had was using the email account to set it up. Since I own another HP, it didn’t want me to use the same account. I did have to take it to the Geek Squad as the sleep mode was in some sort of a loop. I’m enjoying using it every day and would recommend it for work or play!

It's about to be a year since I have bought this computer and it still works well, the only thing that I could complain about is the amount of brightness this computer has. There are times were I want to increase the brightness but it's already at its max. If you are a student and are considering on purchasing this computer, I would like to note that this computer is heavy, so if you are planning on taking your computer to class everyday, please take this comment into consideration.

I bought this laptop due to my Mac no longer supporting the software I used everyday for school. I bought the laptop and as soon as I set it up it took no less than 5 minutes for all the software to be installed and ready to go. No need for extra formatting and such. Love the tablet/ 2in1 function when I’m in a cramped desk and need to access e-books and powerpoints. Awesome graphics and audio! Love it so much !!

Purchased for my daughter and she loves the options of going from keyboard to touchscreen!

We have an older laptop that is on borrowed time. We bought this HP laptop as a backup when our older PC fails. My wife likes it so much that it is the only PC that she will use. We have had Dell desktops and laptops for years but we really like this HP laptop. We are seniors and it's easy to use and is the perfect size to use at home or take on the road. Glad we made this purchase and the price was right.
