Purchased the HP envy to accommodate reading and college level online course programs. The solid state drive runs efficiently and I've had no lagging. Battery life is very good. It runs all day until charging in the evening. Great specs for the price.

I like everything about this machine so far. I'm still migrating from my old laptop to this new one. The only thing that I noticed is that the home screen background seems to flicker a bit. I'm not sure what that's about. I'm crossing my fingers.

My only complaint about this computer is that it has a lot less memory than my old laptop. I started putting all my pictures on it and now it’s almost full. Other than that it seems like a good computer.

I was buying a new laptop for my daughter's birthday. The salesman was very helpful in recommending the laptop that would be best for her. She is a therapist and needed certain aspects to be present or available and compatible for her profession.

We bought a HP laptop and printer to replace our old laptop, we had exceptional service from Geek squad and the Best Buy sales associates. We also bought a sound bar and TV mounting kit.

This was our first laptop purchase. We are very pleased and found the Geek Squad very helpful with preparations. Our only difficulty was with the HP printer setup once we got home, but managed to work that out for a successful printer install.

We bought it for my son who is in his last semester of undergrad school. He raves about how great this computer is and how it has helped him with his college studies. We plan to purchase the same computer only the 17.6" version late this year.

I dont use the computer for much besides my online courses, and it works great even when I have 8 Google tabs and 5 word docs opened at once. My biggest issue was there was no information ANYWHERE about the little power switch for camera acess.

My old laptop died on me and I needed another one for class because we take our exams online. This computer is perfect and it has enough specs that I don't have to worry about it affecting my tests because of annoying lag or software issues.

I was not a big fan of Chromebooks but I bought this to use from time to time. It is light and it is fast. It has all the well known Chromebook advantages: fast boot up, few virus problems, low price. I am very pleased with it.

Laptop serves its purpose for home use as intended. Very nice looking, nice features and works well. It should be noted that Mr. Marcos Bermudez of the E. Hanover NJ store made this experience a pleasant one after some issues at purchase.

I believe that once I have Microsoft Office 2016 authenticated, I will enjoy this new computer if it stops freezing up!!!! Since Geek Squad could not, or would not go the extra mile to take care of this problem, I have enlisted the services of someone who can fix it. I am going to cancel the Geek Squad support contract that was just renewed!!!!!!! I should bring you the bill that I will be charged to get the problem resolved. No more Geek Squad. And I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go to Geek Squad, or buy a computer at Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this to replace my 7 yr old machine. This one is great because it is way more up to date. It seems to be a little slower than my old one, but faster online. That is what I do mostly on this one now, since I got a work laptop. Hopefully it will last as long as the other one did!

Easy to navigate for use. This was purchased for my 6 year old son to use while he does virtual learning at home due to the pandemic. I honestly couldn't have asked for a simpler computer for him to use.

I was looking at purchasing a laptop. As always, the team at Best Buy helped me pick out the best laptop for my needs and budget. The sound on this laptop is outstanding and the processing speed is super fast. This was great purchase!

I am a freshman in college and I don’t know anything about computers, but this laptop is amazing, perfect for everything I need! I love how fast it starts up, and the tablet mode is ridiculous! All in all I give this a 10 out of 10!

I LOVE HP computers and after my old laptop stopped storing any of my files and I decided to upgrade I found this, and I absolutely love it! The features are so nice and I can access anything I need for school and work!

I have a project that required specific requirements and this laptop checked all of the boxes, including the metal casing. That was a bonus as the laptop is used in outside conditions - heat, humidity, set up and take down daily.

The HP ENVY x360 is a good laptop with a full range of features that can be augmented by peripheral devices. Two features it lacks that I miss are backlit keys and a built in cd/dvd drive.

Decided to upgrade to a new laptop sense my current one is 9 years old. Purchased this HP envy touch screen laptop sense I loved it in the store. Took it home and with in 2-3 days had to bring it back due to Internet Explorer will not let me type in a web address plus the computer wouldn't turn on anymore; even the clerk at Best Buy couldn't get the computer to come on eventhough the power light was still on and the battery was fully charged. To add insult to injury, I tried to purchase the same computer just the smaller screen size but the store wouldn't allow me to use my student deal. They told me that deal was over so I would have to pay full price now.
