I purchased this laptop as a replacement for my previous (Toshiba) laptop about 6 weeks ago. It performs very well, my only issue is the backlit keys were not as functional as the Toshiba. The keys on the Toshiba were much brighter than the HP, making it not as easy to read the keys/letters.

I bought this computer to replace my old Dell that died. So far it has exceeded my expectations, save for one thing. The finger print scanner works like old Christmas lights. Other than that I am pleased as punch with it.

Very happy with my new laptop. The only slight concern I have is that it does seem to get hot at times even on my tray with a fan. Other than that, I love it! The touch screen is kind of a pain at times though when the grandchild comes up and touches it! Overall I'm very happy with it.

I havent' used it alot, but speed is really fast, and does everthing I needed to do online. Really lite-weight, I love the options of the touch pad, touch-screen or adding a mouse. Overall it's a real nice laptop for the price!

Incredible laptop for college. Currently using it for fashion design. Was looking for a laptop to use for school and draw. Paired with wacom stylus. Works great! Tablet mode is a nice feature!

I really am enjoying my new computer! The only thing is I wish I would have bought the Office products at the time of purchase as they didn't come on the computer and they were more expensive afterwards. Live and learn!

Computer does almost everything I needed. I asked the best buy associate for a laptop/tablet that could play DVDs. He had me purchased a separate DVD player that was a good price and worked well for a month. After that I had to pay a subscription fee to use the DVD player, not cool.

Replaced a bulky tower with this laptop and am very glad I did. Perfect laptop for those wanting high performance but aren’t going to do a lot of gaming. Fast processing; good size; great sound; and has a number keypad.

If I'm being honest I don't have much to compare this to, because I had a long stretch of time where I dudnt much use computers because of my cell phone. But since my purchasing this product I now have times where I would much rather use it over my cell phone.

I'm very happy with my purchase, all of the built-in tools and options are easy to access and use. It is also user friendly with the step by step tutorials, for people like me, just catching up with newer technology.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The 15.6" screen is the right size for working with CAD drawings. I can work all day on one battery charge which makes working away from my desk great. I would recommend this laptop.

I️ have purchased 2 of these. One for a college son and one for a military son. Both have been great for both. I️ would definitely recommend and purchase again

Wonderful laptop and was a good deal on sale with a student discount as well. Only complaint is the finger reader is a but finicky and the screen is very reflective. Over all it functions great and feels durable.

My previous computer was Windows 7 and 9 yrs. old. I used it mainly to pay bills. Had I known how easy it was to learn Windows 10, I would’ve purchased this new computer sooner. It has everything I need and more.

this computer is great with the flip over to tablet innovation. the touchscreen is very responsive and the solid state hard drive is on the small side , but effective for day to day use for home , or home office.

I bought this for a purpose other than my general use but have found it to be more helpful than I had imagined. Great price. Easy to use. Must say that I am not a techie but has been great for my needs.

Still learning all the things it can do that my old computer couldn't do. Only complaint I'm not really happy with the stylus. Doesn't work as easy as it should.

I do like this laptop as far as it having the full keyboard, you can turn off the camera function, and it is an easy system to use and navigate. Alternatively, I am not very happy that, within the first month of owning it the keyboard would completely stop working and it turned out it was a glitch with the screen going to sleep and you would have to shut it down and hold the power button down for a certain amount of time to get it to work. Not comforting while writing a paper for class. Other issue I had was my screen not turning on at all and getting stuck on on a black screen with the fan blowing crazy hard. It eventually turned on though after a ton of panic. I would probably not get this one again but I guess everyone has. a different experience.

I purchased this laptop specifically for grad school after learning my old one didn't have the processing speed for some required programs. I have had no issues with this one and it is working out great!

Bought for my son for his first year at college. He's a business major so no heave applications, mostly Microsoft Office365, so this was a solid choice for him. Great deal on sale plus the student discount!
