I find it easy to get around the computer and I like the way the keyboard feels. I also like the speed of the internet. I don't have to watch the water boil while I wait. I have not tried the camera yet

I purchased this laptop for my daughter who is starting college. After researching and reading several reviews I decided this HP was the best choice as far as performance and the price was right with the student deal. My daughter was extremely satisfied with the laptop.

I haven’t had a lap top in years and I just recently went back to school. I was thinking about a MAC but looked at the HP and immediately it offered way more features for a dramatically different price.

I went to best buy with a Macbook in mind. I was not impressed. The HP envy caught my eye and I went back and forth for 35 minutes. aftercarfeul consideration I chose the HP. No regrets! I love my laptop!

I like all the features and quality that came with the computer. Everything is easily accessible and the data is great. I would recommend this computer to anyone who's looking to upgrade in the near future.

Excellent laptop! Easy to use and I have been able to complete all work in a timely manner. I even had the Norton security off for over a year and no viruses.

Bought this product for schoolwork. It is an excellent product, love the tablet feature and fingerprint feature not to mention the back-lit keyboard...I could go on and on

I have been watching and waiting for this machine to go on sale. Finally, it did and still in the process and learning more about the machine and its capabilities. I am pleased with my purchase.

I have really enjoyed using this computer. I love the SSD, there is no wait for it to start up. I like that it is not a plastic case. So far, I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

I bought this more so for work purposes. I bought this over a month ago and I haven’t had any issues with it yet. I wish I could adjust more the brightness and contrast but its ok for now. I sometimes watch movies on it and quality is great! Overall, great laptop

bought this for my daughter and she takes it to school daily. It works great. The processor is fast so opening documents and sights is no problem.

Good laptop, but if you're running RAM intensive software, invest in something beefier. Engineering software like ChemCAD and Matlab will run but it will be slower than some of your friends' laptops. Cannot play PC games on this

I really love the purchase of my new laptop! Others are wanting to know where I got it from and I tell them and they say they are going to purchase one also when they've saved up enough money.

Just exploring Windows 10 for the first time, it’s not so bad like everyone says it is. This laptop is very nice and looks good too. The Geek Squad has been awesome, always willing to help.

Its a great laptop seeing thats its a two in one! I love using for school ever since I bought it. It is also inexpensive for those looking for a great laptop for a great price!

Desktop was old and failing, went to Best Buy and asked questions, had a great salesperson that answered all my questions to a level that I understood, not all "tech talk".

Great computer for kids. My granddaughter just loves it. Has a large screen and very easy to run the programs. She has had it since august and uses it all the time especially for homework

Loved the ladies voice that very distinctly and efficiently walks you through the setup, politely asking if you have done this or that, and makes suggestions for items I had not thought of

My son-n-law got this for college to finish up his degree. He has enjoyed being able to take notes in this while in class without having a paper notebook. He can keep everything in one place.

Great laptop and my only complaints are the hard drive is a little small and only wifi. No network jack. I'm sure there is an adapter we can purchase to get around this. Wife loves it!
