I'm 100% Satisfied With My Purchase. This is really worth it.

Great laptop overall good quality and had lasted me couple of years.

I purchased this computer in late July, 2019 and within two weeks the fingerprint sign in feature became intermittent and had to be constantly reset. Then it stopped working altogether. In addition there are sometimes problems with the unit on start up and reopening. It is often quirky. The unit appears to be incompatible with Windows Hello as well. 1.5 hours with HP tech support, 1.5 hours with Microsoft tech support, and another 2 hours at the Microsoft store failed to resolve the issue. I returned to the point of sale and was told there was nothing I could do except return it to HP for repair. HP gave me the same answer. Repairs could take up to three weeks. So I either live with the problem or do without my brand new computer for an extended period of time. The bottom line is this: when you buy a new computer you expect it to work.

Looked at several laptops of this style and found myself going back to this Envy every time. 2nd Envy.

I like the ease of this laptop but in 3 weeks after purchase it the keyboard quit working. Best Buy’s were great and replaced it. So far so good.

Fast, reliable, looks good. I could use more storage space. But I think I got a good deal for the price

I was under the impression that the battery lasted quite a few hours. At least 6-8+ hours at a time. Even when doing light searching or typing an essay, my battery dies within 3-4 hours. Besides the battery life, the computer itself is great. It has good storage and does everything I need it too. It just sucks I cant make it through a day without charging it.

This is my very first laptop and i could not be happier with it.

so far so good with this laptop. I'm not crazy about the fact when you flip to touchscreen the keyboard sits on your lap. Also the fan is loud.
