But when I spend 750.00 on a laptop and in less than 5 months of light use it doesn’t turn on. I bought it for an on line class. Now I have a class I spent a lot of money on and can’t do anything. Geek squad has had it a month something about replacing the ram. Probably should have gone with apple. My hp pavilion that this was replacing was great lasted for ever. Hp is now like everyone else no quality any more. Doubt I’ll ever buy another.

HP customer service was not very good!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.9 days after purchasing this product, I opened the laptop and a piece of the screen fell out. after inspecting the product it was very obvious the screen was defective (the bottom of screen was warped), and the hinges weren't aligned. after 2 trips to the store and almost 4 hours on the phone with HP they finally agreed to fix it at no cost. not a good experience at all.
