Maybe I got a lemon

It wouldn’t power up or charge. The battery was loose and we had to ship it off for a “fix” because the battery can’t be changed simply. 2 weeks after having it back, the keyboard stops working. An expensive computer and doesn’t last

It is SUPER sensitive which I'm trying to get used to - there isn't any way for me to copy / paste / or save pictures or items as there is no buttons on the "scroll/mouse" pad - NOT REALLY ENJOYING THIS NEW PURCHASE !!!!!!!!!
