Too heavy, makes too much noise clicking when using the mouse pad. On/Off switch on left side too easy to turn off every time its moved. Not that happy with this purchase.

This laptop is 'middle of the road'. Not exactly speedy, decent price and good for surfing the web, doing emails and some excel spreadsheets. Not much else.

So different from old lap top. Very hard for me to navigate. I really need a class on using it. Might be something bestbuy could consider in the future.

I love how this computer can be used as a laptop and a tablet. It makes it very convenient and easily accessible when I’m on the go between classes.

Not reliable this Is the 2nd time I've had problems with the laptop 1st time hard drive 2nd time no power no nothing to it.

After a glitch with the first laptop , Bestbuy helped with an exchange and setting up the office program. Thanks Bestbuy.

Pretty good laptop. I’d say the only issue is it keeps popping up the settings even though I don’t want them on.

I have not heard a complaint about this computer from my daughter-in-law. If she's happy with it, then I'm happy with it.

I bought it from BestBuy at Nashville Brentwood, and it was okay at first, but then the keys: delete, left and right arrow stopped working only 1.5 MONTH LATER! I am so disappointed, now hp wants me to send it to them and I have to survive work without my laptop for at least 1 month... It is not cool... Think wisely before buying this product.. I am very disappointed.

Today is 7/28/19, and I have a charging problem already. I was using my computer last night and the battery went dead. I just said i would go to bed and charge it in the morning well morning came and I attached the charger to charge it up and nothing. It wont charge. The light wont even come on when the charger is connected. This only my second time charging attempting to charge it. I'm not happy thus far! Now geek squad with have to get it and I have a paper due today.

The battery doesnt last as long as stated. I take it to school and can get through two maybe 3 classes.

If it does not break (hardware) after warranty. The sales persons should learn to be more polite

I learn very slowly with new technology so perhaps as I get used to it it will be better

The first one I got would NOT turn on; necessitating a trip back to BB [Thank heavens I have Total Tech!] = they found nothing wrong and said sometimes 'crazy' things happened. OK, I took it home and the next day it would NOT turn on; back to BB and this time I asked for and got a replacement - so far, so good,

the laptop ran great initially and then two weeks after I purchased it it would not turn on. The employee at Best Buy was able to start it after several attempts. But I returned it that day. So i can’t say if it was just a fluke. Also it seemed to run hot.

HDMI output does not meet the standard Means not perfect, WEAK SIGNAL

If there was negative stars I would give it. Had this PC 1 month and already won't power on. Second laptop from Best Buy that has done this. I returned the other one for this one. Good thing I have the geek Squad coverage.

I've never used the camera because it doesn't work.

I got this Nov '19. This has had moderate use (mostly I'm a Mac user) and by Dec '20, I have to take it in for repairs. I have never had that with my Macs including my powerbooks. I'm being generous by giving this a two.

I've owned quite a few HP laptops over the years. I even once gave them out as Christmas gifts to close family. I purchased one recently for my daughter and it completely stopped working before having to power it down and starting it back up. The second time it became responsive was while she was in class so we returned it for an identical one. The new one did the exact same thing as the first so we opted for another brand.
