This was an open box item. Apparently Geek Squad didn't check out all the functions. Some of the keys didn't work. Returned it.

Got this for son in college as they had a deal for students. Worked great and looked fantastic out the box. After just two weeks display starting having severe horizontal flickering. Never dropped or damaged. Would occasionally stop, but pretty much constant. HP Support chat attempted to fix remotely. Both chat reps were helpful, but ended having to ship it in for repairs. We’ll see what they can do. Very disappointed with product so far.

There’s too many advertisements for different programs very annoying also window 10 too many individual diversions I had to take it to Best Buy twice to have the office program to work

I had to take the computer back in about 3 days it wasn't working .it stayed on sleep mode and never turned on again..so I hope i don't have any problems with the second one.

Bought this laptop and it froze up the very first day. Took it back and went with the Lenovo. So far so good 6 months later.

The keyboard and touch pad on this are terrible, as in they will fail on you and ruin te whole computer I went through 3 different laptops all the same issue.

They keyboard was off centered and impossible to type fast. It was very large. It is not something you can travel with daily to work. I returned it.

worked great for 15 months. Repair estimate is $540. I'll replace it with a DELL

BEWARE BEST BUY 15 DAY RETURN POLICY! Computer was working fine I really liked until it just stopped working. Just won’t turn on for some unknown reason. I have yet to contact HP, but I’m convinced the computer is crap and I wish I could get my money back but it crapped out 4 days too late for that. Also the tablet mode was a bit finicky and pointless and it does not come with a pen. The computer is too heavy to hold as a giant tablet.

I haven't been able to use my computer as it went into the Geek squad repair the day after I got it. The repair shop has done an extremely poor job of keeping me informed as to the status of the repairs. I've called 4 times and not been able to talk to the service tech to determine the status of my repairs despite leaving messages to call me back ASAP. The last time I heard from the Geek squad repair shop was August 8.

Awful , it broke the first day we got it ! I took it back and got a an apple

I bought this laptop for college and after two weeks of it not doing anything but sitting on my desk half of the keyboard from G over quit working. I had to go and get it fixed and they said that the cables weren’t attached good. Shoddy work on an expensive laptop is unacceptable in my opinion.

This is the second HP laptop I have bought. The last one died in a year and a half due to a software update gliche. This one won't turn on now in 2 days and in 17 days the one year warranty expires. I am beyond mad. I won't ever own another HP!

We bought this laptop less than 3 months ago, it didn’t fall, nothing was spilled on it, it didn’t work all day and today it just didn’t turn on - the charging light is on, the fan is starting and CAPS Lock is on and the screen isn’t turning on

I decided to give this computer a try based on the great reviews and interesting specs. Big mistake, a month or so in and the keyboard is not working. I do not recommend this computer, terrible decision.

I have never written a review, but feel that shoppers should be aware. Purchased on 8/25/2019 and it would not power on 8/31/2019. Returning this laptop and will be purchase another brand.

Poor quality. Had bought it for wife who is a teacher. She ended up losing a lot of her data. Replaced with a Microsoft Surface Pro and no more problems.

Not sure if I would recommend HP. It runs well, but kicks us off of the internet. Always posts it needs to restart. Not to happy with this for the price I had to pay.
