Bought original laptop and would not power up and would freeze within first few days of use. Returned for another new one and same issue. Must be a product flaw.

I bought this computer a couple weeks ago. I’ve only used it about 4 times and now it doesn’t want to turn on

This computer has a dormant mode. This mode makes the computer useless for 12 hours. Best Buy Geek Squad did not know how to wake up the computer

I have used only 8 months but battery is not worked any more. If Power code was disconnected from computer, computer was died right away.

If you're trying to save money- don't waste yours on this. I learned. Please head my advice and avoid the headache

Didnt work (open box) best buy did nothing to make right. Christmas gift for my daughter.

Keyboard stopped working in less than 90 days. In process of taking it back to best buy

To soon to stop working, it has a lot o features but they all of a sudden stop working.

This was a tremendous laptop for an amazing price point. The 2 in 1 feature was extremely useful depending on the work/project I was assigned. As a student, I appreciated the processing core and its speed - it allowed me the capability to save all my work and test my creativity!

I chose this laptop for college (mech. engineering) and have run quite a few programs on it without a hitch. I was worried SolidEdge would be too much for it but it ran smoothly enough with the touchscreen as a helpful feature. It has crashed twice when I with a certain feature but I am not sure if I should blame the laptop or the way I downloaded the program. Overall, It was more than good enough for school projects and watching tv. It's solidly built but light for my backpack. I've accidentally dropped this laptop from the bed so many times and have bumped it on the wall. Now, the wall has a dent. The laptop still looks sharp.

I enjoyed this laptop. The only issue i had was after 4 years the fan started making a weird noise when it ran.

I did not have a good experience using this computer. A couole of months after purchase I had to bring it to Geek Squad because it was acting up. The problem sound and fingerprint were malfunctioning. They fixed it, but it did not end there. Not long after it would not charge and I had to bring it to Geek Squad again. This was not the last time bringing it to Geek Squad to get something fixed. I could not return it because it was beyond the date of return. I got frustrated and stop bringing it to Geek Squad; even today the sound is still a problem, the keyboard and display are also a problem and I have to go buy a new computer.

I want to give this five stars. I love this computer. Though I very rarely use it as a tablet, one of the hinges broke and I do not have the Geek Squad protection. So do I want to send it out and pay about $200 (they estimated) or just use it for a back-up computer and buy a new one? It's great overall, and I can't believe the hinge broke (it just happened one day when I was closing the top--no drops or anything). For reference, I've had it a little over a year and a half. Maybe mine's a fluke. But I'm disappointed in this happening, b/c the computer itself is awesome.
