Desperately needed a new computer. Old laptop was beyond slow. Love the touch screen feature vs mouse. Salesman was very helpful narrowing down which computer would be best for our needs and budget.

I’m so so glad I let my traditional laptop go for this one. Plus my preference was HP. I love that it has a tablet mode, the screen is big and clear, and touch screen!! So happy with this purchase.

Originally bought as a family computer, with distance learning in place now it is now used for my son's schooling and the touch screen makes it easier for him to scroll quicker

Bought this laptop for my fiancé for use at work and she absolutely love it. The touch screen makes her work so much easier. My only complaint is no Microsoft suite you have to pay extra for that

I purchased this laptop for college and it stopped working within the first week. It wouldn't turn on, even with the charger plugged in. Took it back to exchange. It was no problem. Working great now!

Excellent laptop and very user friendly, storage is enough for my use, the touch screen is very responsive, and the laptop is not heavy so is great for taking it on trips.

Yes, it is big for a notebook, but I like having the larger screen and a full size keyboard with 10 key pad. The performance is excellent and the graphics are great. The touch screen and tablet option make even better use of the larger screen.

I really love this device. It's screen is wide and comfortable enough. I can use it both as a tablet and a laptop which is cool. The touch screen is super friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cool device in a reasonable price!

There are many features I like I the Envoy that I did not have on my former computer, such as a better keyboard that lights up and a touch screen. I am still discovering what features are available, so maybe I should come back and give an update inmonths!

I purchased this laptop in August/2019. It has been a month and so far i have had no issues with it. Everything works amazingly, I use this laptop for school and work. I have conference calls with my main office and the quality of video is great! I sometimes have multiple tabs open and it does not lag or slow down. I have used the tablet mode when my 15 month old daughter wants to see Elmo but I cant seem to find a way where the screen can lock so that she can't change what she's watching. Maybe there is a setting but I have not discovered it. Overall, this laptop definitely meets all my computer needs. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality laptop.

My daughter got this for college. She loved the look and all the features it has. Since it is touch screen and can turn into a tablet, it will be perfect for her to work in different ways.

This laptop is well equipped for the price tag. It’s also very lightweight for its size, it doesn’t even make it feel like a 15.6 inch laptop. It feels much smaller! It’s a great laptop.

I love the design and the support of the department employees. core i5 - 8th generation is amazing, the response and the use of use along with the touch feature is wonderful.

This laptop is great for me because it replace my old hp that no longer works and it is very fast. I use it for school and it handles opening a lot of tabs. The only thing that I struggle with is that the fingerprint reader dosent work sometimes.

I owned a dinosaur. I was in 7th heaven after purchasing my new HP-Envy. It is Fast! It Allows me to work on multiple screens, It is easy to handle and carry when traveling. Love it!

Bought this because i am a nursing student. Love it, keyboard is perfectly spacious and i like the extra numbers to the side. The only thing i dont like is that you can turn the laptops screen all the way over and use the laptop like a tablet.

This is a great price for a laptop. The only thing I discovered was it was a little heavy. But other than that it is great. Price, durability, style, and all it does. Excellent choice.

I love it and my kids love it more. I bought two of them for my kids. 7 and 9 yes old. They are using them for clearing and games. It's perfect for anything. The price was so cheap.
