    I purchased this laptop for the bells and whistles it provides, to replace a smaller laptop (Leveno). I loves HP products over any other. I use this for my drawings to relax -- destress. Occasionally, I use it to check my email and pay bills. I've been able to purchase a protective keyboard cover to protect my investment. In addition, I made my own laptop cover. I love it!!

    Very pleased with the knowledgeable salesman who suggested the computer to meet my needs. Purchased the service plan and the Geek squad techs have been very helpful. Since I'm not a computer guy, the assistance has been very beneficial. My previous Windows 7 was very easy to adapt too. Windows 10 has some different ways of finding things and sometimes it takes more steps/screens.
