Fast central processor, long battery life, bright screen

Trouble free since purchased one year ago. Very capable - resolution and computing speed suitable for advanced engineering software programs such as AutoCAD and STAAD. Best Buy and GEEK Squad service has always been everything I had hoped when seeking advice or service on previously owned computers. Quality of service is why I keep coming back.

Hesitated to write review until I worked with this product for a bit. I really do love it! Processing speed great, super easy to navigate and I quickly adapted to the combination of keyboard/touch screen Best Buy has been great, as well! Even during the pandemic, they continue to provide great service - both on line and at our local store!

it has a little more on it than I need. You can ask Cortina for verbal help to navigate and that's helpful. It does not come with office so when transferring documents from old computer I was not able to edit. I also don't like to have to bother to say whether or not I like the picture it displays. I just want to get on my computer & take care of business. I wish I would have done more thorough comparosons before purchasing.

Great all in one laptop for the price. Easy to set up and ready to use.

The layout is supper good, so I decided to purchase this computer. At first, everything looks amazing, but later on, the screen will falsh, after I coold it down for a day, it didn't happen again. However, few days ago, the fan started to making big noise, and espcially when you physically move the laptop, for example, lift it up or down, and move it to another location, the fan starts making cracking noise. This is annoying and I just bought it for like 4 months, and I did not even run anything big or do anything to the computer. What gets even frustatred is that, when I went to Best Buy and want to fix this, the staff told me I was not covered and need to send to the manufacture. but the atitude is not that great. And it may take 4-8 weeks. What am I supposed to do during this time if that's my only computer? I just got frustrated because the laptop showed problems within half year, and Best Buy doesn't feel like they have responsibility for that, but we purchased the product from your end, they are really the intermidary guy.

Only used it as a laptop but its fast and hasn't glitched on me yet.
