This is the 2nd one I have purchased over the past 10 years. Initial purchase was for myself, and just purchased this newer model of same laptop for our daughter for college. Super easy to use, very durable, and doesn't bog down even after 10 years of use.

I use my computer everyday for school and I love it. I love that I can take notes in my 3 hr class and the battery stays on what it started with. I can open as many tabs as I want and it works at the same speed. Love this computer and definitely recommend it especially to college students!!!

Bought it a month ago so I could work from home. Well-made and easy to use. Large screen. It more than fits my computing needs. It is replacing an old MacBook Air that I never liked very much (I'm anti-Apple). However, the much smaller MacBook was also very light, and my new HP Envy is significantly heavier. I expect I'll continue to use the Mac for web browsing on my sofa and use the Envy for work.

Inialially came with 8 gb of ram, was astonished i could upgrade it to 32 gb, one of the most fastest laptops i've ever owned, rips through 4k, 8k video during video editing like nothing, would definitely recommend anyone who enjoys casual gaming, video editing, truly great features

Since I received my computer although it was a trial receiving it during the Coronavirus but I got it delivered as I had asked. I did have a problem setting it up but that has been successfully done. So far I haven't had any problems but if I do I will call the Geek Squad and so far I have not been disappointed.

This laptop is overall pretty good. It’s display is really good and the touch screen makes it easy to use. Comes with fingerprint recognition that is really nice. The one and only thing I did not like is the low battery life it has.

So far this has been a great purchase. It was easy to set up and runs very fast.

I needed a new computer as my old HP was starting to fail. L looked at all the computers at Best Buy and decided to replace my HP with another HP as the old one had served me well. I am very satisfied with the purchase. If this one lasts as long as the old one it will probably be the last one I buy.

Ok this is my 3rd HP laptop envy 360. I bought one for myself a couple years ago. Then I bought one for my son who was leaving for college. The latest was for my youngest son. Great laptop. I also own an Apple and a Microsoft Surface Pro. All are great products but I like the HP the best.

I am really enjoying my laptop. It frees up my desk and sewing room a lot. I can also use it as a tablet and watch YouTube tutorials while I am making a quilt to alleviate errors in the pattern. The battery recharge is fast and easy. Best Buy folks were just great in setting up my laptop.
