Having had this laptop for a month it boots up quickly and easily using just a PIN to log in. The screen is clear and fairly crisp. Only minor complaint is how sensitive the mousepad is. It responds a little too well even when I’m not intending to use it. Otherwise happy for the recommendation I got from Best Buy.

There are several things I like about this computer. First, is the weight of it, it is very light. Then there is the back lighting of the key board. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed, which is noticeably faster than my previous laptop.

This laptop was easy to set up, easy to convert to from the old one, and easy to get familiar with. The full screen size makes for comfortable viewing even when not using an external monitor. Conversion and upgrade were pretty much seamless.

Laptop is sleek, lightweight and powerful. It's everything I expected and more.

Easy setup. Basically does it for you. I’ve been working from home because of the pandemic. I needed a new laptop. The keyboard is a little sensitive, so there’s no need to strike it hard. It does what I need for work. I’m liking it.

Since I do a majority of my work from a desktop computer, I was nervous a laptop was going to be too small and hard to work on. This computer has been great and I've been able to accommodate wonderfully. Very happy with my purchase.

I have been using the computer for about 4 months. It has performed well for my needs- Powerpoint, Documents and light photo editing. Love the quick boot up and every thing seems responsive. I would purchase again (but I am hoping & expecting this to last awhile so that I don't have to :)

Beautiful picture . Works great- no problems. The only thing that could be better is the placement of the camera. It’s in the lower left corner of the screen- too low to make a person look good. Became obvious quickly doing zoom during the Covid lockdown

Great HP laptop. The HP Envy x360 2-in-1 line of laptops is great. I have 2 personal laptops and have purchased many more for my company. They are all solidly built and high quality.

I bought two of these after researching several days and since my two kids are not programmers or into major graphic productions, they are perfect for them; not top of the line and with all the features they needed.

Great for school usage and business wise. My computer dies on me and was stuck between this and Mac because I’m an Apple user, but this is great. I’m sure I’ll go back and get my Mac, but I’m happy with this purchase.

Purchased this unit for photo editing and it hasn’t let me down. Like most other laptops, it does not have a disc drive. However, it is easily transportable and light weight. Security feature (fingerprint) is a plus.

This was a good buy. I purchased on earlier that was a bit cheaper and I paid for what I got. This one though the camera is outdated is still a good value for the price. It has optimal storage and option to add more.

Great machine for someone who wants a step up from a chrome book, but doesn’t do any gaming. I bought this for my dad when his old laptop died. He mostly uses the internet and does some MS Office. So far he loves it!

Laptop is easy to set up and use. I like the the smooth feel of the keys, it is like you are gliding across the keyboard. The response time of the system is excellent, easy to install apps and love the tablet mode.

We gave this to our granddaughter for Christmas and she's in love with it. Easy to use right out of the box, perfect size and looks like it will be just what she needs to make it through school for the next few years.

We bought this unit for our daughter. She is running a lot of stuff on the laptop. So far, we haven't heard anything negative from her. It seems that the unit is stable and didn't show any major issues.

The product is overall great for the time I use it. It does provide me a window to the outside world as I have been disabled and unable to drive and ramble around like I use to do. I can also watch shows and movies.

I haven't had a laptop for years as I have just used my phone for my everyday needs. I only bought it for my need to work at home. Now, I am loving my new laptop and the ease of taking care of my work tasks.

We bought equipment for our employees to telework, and Questin the store associate was most helpful in suggesting products to meet our needs. We now feel we are ready for teleworking in the Time of Corona!
