Enjoy the features, except did not realize the keys blend too much with the laptop. Would have preferred black key tabs, will adjust. Will recommend, but better in black keys. :>). Be safe everyone. Thanks

At the beginning I didn't like the idea of buying this computer for my son but when I start using it I believe is the perfect gift for a high school students easy to use and very cheap but with a great quality

I have never had a computer that went this fast. I love it! It starts fast and shuts down fast. The only drawback is the keys are a little bit hard to read and I am getting used to a new operating system.

I live in Albuquerque. I bought two laptops for my grand children in el paso several weeks ago. Best required the credit card and ID for curb pickup in el paso. I called the store and made special arrangments for my daughter to pick up the lap tops. No problems.

I purchased this laptop for my 3rd grader for at home learning during the school shut down due to Covid-19. It was much easier getting his assignments done on this laptop vs the school issued iPad.

Replaced old Toshiba and difference is night and day. Fast to start up and easy to use. Fingerprint sensor seems to have stopped working but probably just need to clean it. Happy with purchase

I love this laptop. It has a great feel because of the metal finish. The HD touch screen has great picture quality. Its thin enough to be portable yet has a large 15.6" screen that is great to work on.

great service. was very easy to get what I needed. representative knew what I needed and was quick with the service. be careful with geek squad. they were running 2 hours behind scheduled appointment time

The computer seems to be functioning well. I do think the edges of the computer are kind of sharp. (Weird to say, I know, but true). It seemed to be an easy setup and is easy to navigate. Overall a good value.

Windows 10 is great. I'm navigating through it pretty easy. Purchasing a laptop was an excellent idea for me. I didn't realize how easy it was, to be able to have access to my computer Wherever I Go.

Needed a better computer to log into my work computer - decided on a more expensive model to make sure it would be sufficient and I am very pleased. So far no complaints. Certainly recommend!

Love this HP-Envy x360 2 in one! Quick and easy to set up @nd transfer from old worn out. And the screen...wow! 15.6 is a great size for me and as powerful as the unit is for my work it is still light for “on the go”. Very happy customer - thanks Best Buy.

I purchased it for my daughter for Christmas and she wanted to try a touch screen and she loves it. She said it was easy to work with and every thing comes up fast and the picture quality is great.

I had tunnel vision to purchase the 17 inch screen laptop with the dvd player until I was up sold by Andre!!! I am very happy with my purchase of the HP Envy that may make others green with envy.

Nice laptop, works good, fast, so far plenty of drive space and i added a number of pictures and still have free space. Only down side is white lettering on silver keys which makes it difficult when you need those special characters. Would buy again.

Very good laptop. I have 2 of these laptops now. They are great for the kids doing homework during this changing times. They also are nice for the kids online meetings with their teachers.

picked it up on a flash sale. this laptop is phenomenal! optane technology gives quite a performance boost. Solid built machine, slightly on the heavier side, but very sleek, display is great!
