Easy login with finger print I.D. Clean operating system and easy to figure out. The laptop is thing but heavy which I personally like. Has lots of ports for HDMI, USB and micro SD cards.

Learning to use Windows 10. Good for beginner but wish i would have gotten more memory. Excited about price but didn't pay attention to the memory and not sure i bought the computer i should have.

For normal use it’s great but if you’re using it for work: having multiple screens etc it’s not the best, not enough memory to handle. The internal fan has been making loud noises lately.

It was time for an upgrade. Helpful staff with set up. Love Best Buy for its knowledge, selection and pricing. Samsung phone is incredible, especially quality of pictures and screen size.

This was a replacement for an older HP laptop. The older one came with a word processing installed. Very disappointing that this ine didn’t. And the sales associate didn’t mention this.

It has been a while since I had a new laptop. I decided to switch from Dell to an HP and I am glad I did. This is an awesome laptop and fast with the wifi in my locations.

The computer itself works great but I’ve had this computer less than a year and the fan already needs to be replaced. Not cool!!!

I really like the finger print scan to sign in! the screen is real sharp in any way I fold it. I thought that I would need a separate mouse but the mouse pad works real nice.

Good value with lots to features. Seems to run quieter and less fan noise than the next level up configuration with i7. But design is less attractive. A good laptop but less value overall when higher level envy is on sale.
