I went in to Best Buy knowing I wanted a laptop but not what kind. The salesman was very helpful. I told him my price range and he put me on this one.

I did not like the mouse pad position.... Its a great laptop for the price....little to heavy for me. Liked the touchscreen option.

I got this laptop for my son for school. Had some trouble with the setup because it required internet access. Once I used my hotspot for the setup, it has been working very well without problems.

This laptop has a optional lighted keyboard, that lights up when you touch any key. But seems to run "warm" I had to buy a cooling pad for it.

My experience using the new Hp lab top computer has been challenging, but still a fantastic device. Once I learn all the assets of this computer, I'm certain it will become my favorite. No regrets!

I have just scratched the surface when it comes to all this computer can do, but the features I have used have been great. Couldn’t be happier.

It was time to upgrade our laptop because our older computer was not going to be able to do our taxes online with it. We decided on this one.

Most of the specs are great - SSD drive, 1080p display, great finish, good processor and tons of RAM. Only draw back would be the web cam only being 720p and the OS being W10 Home edition.

Haven't used it all that much but seem to do what I needed it for! Not sure if it was a good price whencompared with the less expensive model
