You can't find a better laptop than this one! Silver keyboard is hard to see under dim lighting conditions.

I bought this laptop for a second time within two months apart. My first broke because I tossed it onto my bed... my second one(this) my 6lb cat stepped onto the screen and it cracked in several different places! They just don’t make laptops like they used to. This laptop isn’t durable and costs double the amount of the laptop just to fix. I took this to geek squad under my protection plan in January 2021 and was told it would be sent back fixed the first week of February 2021....never received it nor any updates about it. I called a geek squad rep they told me it’ll take another week. Two weeks go by still no laptop, no email no call, nothing with an update. I called today and I’m told on Feb 15th it was listed JUNKED and that someone should’ve notified me (no one did). I’m told I can receive a refund however the refund department is CLOSED DUE TO COVID!!!! So I’m out of a $700 laptop, out of a $300 protection service and sitting here without a job due to the pandemic. I rely on my laptop for income due to my Freelance work. Really disappointed.
