    I like the low-set keys on the keyboard, however, finding the sound button is not instinctual. I am also not a fan of the rough edges (as opposed to the Dell computer I had previously). The first time I flipped the computer to use as a tablet was also not instinctual. I had a little bit of a problem using that feature, therefore have not used it since then. I am sure with practice, it will be fine.
