    Upon opening our delivery, the packaging inside was already open. This made us wonder if we were given a used computer, a returned computer, a floor sample... We paid full price and did not expect to feel uneasy about our purchase. This is actually the 4th computer our family has purchased from Best Buy. I am lacking confidence in more purchases.

    This was an upgrade to my old Lenova Thinkpad. It is much faster, but the silver keyboard with backlight is very difficult to use because the letters, numbers, etc. are hard to see. When purchasing another computer/laptop/tablet, I will be careful not to make the same mistake again.
