    At first I thought this was a good computer, then I started having issues with the sound not working. Always having to restart the dang thing. Other issues include storage. Not much to work with if you have an IPhone and need to back it up....

    This laptop is nice and sleek . Works great for streaming although when used as a tablet mode and closed it began giving us a glitch in the screen. Was able to restart and it went away!

    Great help finding laptop for my son for Christmas. I have Geek Squad protection so wanted it set up on this computer also. So purchased it & checked it in and was notified next day Dec. 21 that it was done. Half hour trip to store on 21st, got computer, it looked good. Got home and wrapped it for Christmas. Opened on Christmas night to see the power cord was missing!! Daughter went in next day and asked for cord. Laying there with my name and phone number attached to it. NO ONE EVER CALLED OR EMAILED TO SAY IT WAS THERE!! 6 days and no contact from them, son was very upset that cord was missing, what a way to ruin his night! I called store next day, 27th and no explanation as to why no one called us. I had purchased a new desktop in Sept from same store and was expecting perfect service.
