My son liked the HP Envy laptop, but it had a problem with running Zoom - both the Microphone and the speaker stopped working. Unfortutely that is not acceptable when he has a lot of remote classes and thus needs Zoom.

Bought this in November and now it is failing to boot. It is used for business use and has sat on a desk a majority of its new life. I worked with Technical support for endless hours and now they want me to send it back for 2 weeks. Since I cannot be without a PC for that long I had to buy another PC. I bought a Lenovo today to get me through this while the HP is being sent for repair. Once I get it back I will just shelf it for a backup. I have been an HP fan most of my life but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they come through with a better solution next time.

Returned this laptop because sales person gave me the wrong model. Wanted I-7 processor, and minimum 512 GB SSD. The laptops look exactly alike, and I failed to verify the model number. Once I realized I’d been given the wrong unit, Best Buy management graciously swapped this laptop for the Envy x360 equipped with I-7 processor and 512 GB SSD. Reloading licensed application software was a headache. Lesson for the day: always verify the model number.

Bought the HP Envy 360 with I5 processor. It won't wirelessly connect to my HP Color Laser Jet M477fnw printer which the internet is still compatible with Microsoft Office 10. HP Printer Scan Doctor is not helpful as printer driver functionality does not work. Even though Printer selects home network and laptop acknowledges the existence of the printer, as laptop is presently configured, It will not wirelessly recognize the printer. Therefore, you can not print documents. Also, printer spool locked document that I was attempting to print. It took me 4 hours to clear the locked document while using file explorer to stop the spooling; then, going into the file to ultimately delete the document file---horrible experience. Best Buy Geek squad unable to help with the deployment of home visiting technician because of coronavirus; however, the store technician while apologetic didn't seek a possible solution to this issue despite being an elite member.

Purchased item for my daughter. The laptop is good at time. Having trouble turning on and keeping power.

When I tried to charge this item for the first time the battery percentage stayed on 16% and would not charge any higher. Due to me not using the computer very much within the first couple of weeks this issue never became apparent until after Best Buy’s return window. This computer is 16 days old and is now pretty much an $800 paperweight.
