I am disappointed because the transfer of data from my old computer to the new one was not complete, although I was promised that it would be. Secondly, the unit no longer accepts my fingerprint, or my PIN. I sent a complaint message to you, and I have not gotten an answer back. These problems have been complicated the coronavirus.

Still learning how to use. Wish I had a Manuel so I would be able to learn different signs. Older adults take more time to learn.

Bought it and used for one day and the screen it started crashing, so I’ve returned it. Otherwise looks great.

not happy with this laptop it keeps changing settings and goes off line and drops settings

good laptop and hope it lasts for a long time. its an HP so i'm depending on the brand.

We bought two of these at the same time. The cooling fan(s) on one went out while still under warranty so it was repaired at no cost to us. The second just recently started doing the same thing and it cost us over $200 to get the fans replaced. It is working fine for now.

this was a waste of money. the fan broke and it's been garbage trying to get up to help.

Out of the box the computer will not charge and on Christmas day it only worked 4 hours.

Love the larger screen on the laptop but it never worked right from the start. The fan was faulty which caused by mini-doc to overheat and die. Took it in, no replacement but it was fixed. Took over a month to replace the fan. They did credit me for the mini-doc but what a hassle. When you buy a product brand new and it doesn't work you should get a new replacement. Don't agree with Best Buy's return policy - especially since Covid 19.

After exactly 1 year and 1 month of use the operating system mysteriously quit. Geek squad wants $150 to restore my software despite me purchasing a $260 protection plan at the beginning. I also had the virus protection they offered with the computer in the beginning. Geek squad claims that there is nothing wrong with the hard drive but I have never seen a computer lose the operating system so abruptly.

It sucks. Rarely use my laptop, and the cord is trash. Bought a little over a year ago, and it no longer works

Piece of crap - endless SW problems. All I ever did was install the official Microsoft office, official Windows updates and Malwarebytes (uninstalled McAfee). No oddball SW or sketchy 3rd pty stuff. After 3 months started periodically locking up. Progressively got worse to the point where it locks up every single time I use it requiring a hard reboot. Life does not need to be this difficult.

Overall it would be a decent laptop but this issue with the screen just not waking up from going to sleep is absolutely ridiculous, and I am far from alone on this issue as there are plenty of people searching for a fix to this online! Support gives the same answers and has you endlessly running around in circles without any results. I will never by an HP again.
