No instruction manual, and hard to use. I can not run to the Geek every time I have a question.

When I transfer video from my iPhone to my HP, the video looks god awful. Now I am stuck editing videos from my phone. I feel like I wasted a thousand dollars. Very disappointed customer. And now I can’t even get into a Bestbuy to look at Apples and exchange. Maybe BestBuy will make some sort of concession on return period.

Just getting around to posting a review. Buyers beware. Too many problems from the beginning with it freezing. Contacted HP. Now it doesn’t start and contacted HP again and want me to purchase a warranty to fix. Will never purchase this laptop again!

This has got to be the worst laptop I've ever gotten in my life. It died a month after the warranty period was over! Best Buy charges $500 minimum just to fix it. I'd rather get a new one than fix this crappy laptop.

I had the laptop for 32 days and the battery died and was unable to be charged. I was only able to use the power cord to use the laptop. Very dissatisfied. Makes me Leary about their products.

This computer has crashed 3 times in 3 weeks. The keys are sometimes non responsive, fan is loud, like the sleekness of the design, but that's it.

I bought this hp envy certified excellent and the screen started to flicker one hour after starting it up. Very disappointed.

Good size but not good quality. When typing Or touching the screen It kept wiggling. Not very sturdy.

Too big a d had alot of issues.. kept hanging all the times had to get another one

Don’t buy it will shutdown on you after 12 months.

This laptop has served me very well. I use it for personal use and used to use it for working remotely during the pandemic. I love the keyboard, the mouse pad is OK, speakers are very good, touch screen is nice, ability to use as a tablet is handy, large enough for a full use computer but sleek enough to fit in a laptop bag. Battery life is still pretty solid four years later although I use it a lot less.

5 years later, after purchasing this laptop I was looking at my order history to find this laptop information to order a new charger since I lost the original one and though it would be great time to give this laptop a 5 stars. Got it during my freshman year of college and still use it till today, works great and perfectly.
