This laptop is great for every day browsing and light work like using office product. When it come to intense usage like say using Serrato Dj, there tends to be a log when mixing for long periods of time. Hey you get what you pay for. I'm sure this was not advertise as an extreme power house machine.

Overall, it's a stylish and capable choice for those seeking a balance between performance and portability.

Great and affordable. I have had this since 2019 and it is still a fantastic computer. I use it every single day.

With this mouse, you can’t tell where the right or left side is. Also, I got this computer in August and it’s already falling apart. The rubber ends are falling off and the area were the screen folds back is starting to become loose. And why in the world did you take away the fingerprint in the new update? It’s annoying to have to punch my pin in every time.

in less than a year the Envy X-360 laptop does not power on. After reviewing all the support groups you will find this is a common problem with this laptop. It is difficult to get support from HP. Keep your receipt and take a picture of the serial information on the back of the computer because it's microscopic. The QR scan code does not work. I do not recommend purchasing this product. I am stuck with mine because they stated the warranty started 2 months before I purchased.

I’ve had this laptop for awhile now, about a year I think. I originally loved it and it was great, I left a good review but After the issues I’ve been been having, I feel an updated review is necessary. The has keyboard stopped working and it will only work in tablet mode. It started as an issue every now and then but now it is stuck like this. I’ve tried everything and this is the first Windows computer I’ve owned, I’m a Mac girl but this reminds me why... Only buy if you need something to work for a year or so to get by, not something durable.
