I have just scratched the surface but this unit is very fast. With the help of the Geek Squad I was able to finish the balance of the setup in record time.

nice laptop, was a little confusing setting it up, but It is faster and more reliable than my old one. Still need to put the Microsoft Office on it though,

It’s really light and so easy to use even if you’re use to using IOS products. It’s also versatile with the touch screen and folding feature.

If you are looking for a versatile laptop this is it. The fact that I can also use it as a tablet is amazing and the glass screen really makes a difference.

I have really enjoyed this laptop. I love the 10 key numbers on this for when I do my personal finances on it or use spreadsheets. It really makes it easy. The downside is after a while the thumbprint logon is not working well. I tried to reset it, but it still does not work consistently. The good news is that it reverts to a PIN and that works just fine. It's a nice big screen which I like. I do like that it is a tablet, but forget about it. I have not purchased a stylus for it to see how it works.

Excellent Touch Screen Lap Top for the Kids to start with it can be used as a tablet and a Lap top. It is durable and serve the purpose.

Nice laptop just too big for me. I love the 2 in 1, but the size is too big. I purchased this because the 14 inch wasn’t in stock anywhere near me. I returned and will purchase the 14 inch when in stock.

Best Buy is letting me review a product I ultimately cancelled my order on, but that's okay. The computer looked wonderful in store and seemed to be just as effective as my other HP Envy (which was slightly damaged, hence my shopping around). The only thing I didn't like about this new one was the decreased amount of screen space at the bottom since the black HP bar is larger on the newer model laptops. Will probably buy this later, once the world isn't ravaged by disease and I have enough money to justify this purchase.

I'm in love with this very well design computer , I have no reason for regrets so far , excellent Speed , nice screen size and resolution.

Great laptop that I found on Best Buy in a short amount of time. It works for me since I’m working from home. It’s fast and efficient.

This was a gift for someone who isn't super great with technology but she has enjoyed it ever since taking it out of the box. The 2-in-1 feature was great for her to watch movies as well.

I love everything about it. It's a great size, and not too heavy. I love the touchscreen and being able to "zoom in" on the screen.

I really like the big screen and being able to use it as a tablet. Great screen quality. Its very light in weight so easy to carry around.
