Had been a great computer for home/personal use

Have only had it almost a month but it has been great. The touchscreen is awesome when scrolling online. And the tablet feature where you can fold it into a laptop mode is fun for watching movies. The security fingerprint ID is way cool instead of needing to type in a password but you can use it that way too. And having a quick switch on the side to turn on off the camera is a great feature. Overall, no regrets with this purchase.

It’s a great laptop for school (for myself and my child). My computer went out a week after COVID 19 hit our state. When I went into Best Buy I was greeted with the best staff. I wasn’t able to get the laptop I wanted due to everyone working from home and buying all the laptops quicker than before. I was able to leave with this HP laptop and I’m in love.
