A good computer works fast but the fan can get loud and this one doesn't come with a pen.

It is a very fast and reliable computer with long battery life but sound isn't amazing.

HP ENVY x360 2 in 1 laptop is a piece of up-to-date technology. Great computer! We got it for a 6 year old to do his school work while it’s all being done from home and it’s stood up to the abuse he throws at it with no problem. We would have bought a cheaper one but since everything was sold out we went with it and I’m happy we did because it’s tough and fast and exactly what we needed

Positive: The design and performance of this System are great. I have plenty of memory, great system speed, and awesome hardware. Negative: The fan is moderately loud when running multiple high-drain programs, but it is not noticeable over the microphone when on video conferencing. The touchscreen looks great and performs very-well, but is very shiny and prone to fingerprints.

Purchased for online journaling needed slim alternative that travels well. This laptop is great on battery and the processor runs very fast, the unit is very quiet and the sleep feature allows for it to be instantaneously ready once opened. The pc charges to near full in less than an hour and lasts all day on a single charge. I would recommend this laptop to anyone in the market for a laptop.

Great product and easy to use and very fast............

Nice lightweight laptop top with backlit keys. Also has the number keypad which if you do a lot of banking or just adding is a major plus factor. System runs fairly quick no complaints so far. I would gave given it 5 stars but when I removed it from the box and turned it on there were strange lines running through the screen. Bestbuy did exchange it but it was a tad inconvenient.

This is a great laptop, but I'm a bit biased since HP is the only company that I'll consider when I purchase computers. This is actually the 5th HP laptop that I've bought in the past 20 years. By far, this is the best one so far. It's lightweight with a beautiful 15.6" screen and does the job perfectly.

I absolutely love this laptop. I recently purchased this as a replacement to one I lost. I was not excited to spend the money so soon after just buying one a few months prior. However, I am happy i did. My old laptop was the cheaper version of this one and it sucked bad but this one is so nice. Its fast and efficient.

Want a good computer i highly recommend this HP one. It has a good size screen and good picture quality. The computer can be touch screen or can use the pad on it. The navigation with it is pretty easy not to complicated. The durability of the screen and keyboard are outstanding.

Glad I purchased it as I have been buying items on line lately and just knowing I have it helps two days later I was able to get a price match for $50.00 I have the geek squad protection but I would like a crash course to know all the features on the Lap top so it will make it less stressful on my part there was no guide pamphlet in the box to refer to when needed

I love this computer. I've had it for about 2 years, and it carried me through my last two years of college. I haven't had any issues with storage and it still runs as good as new. I love that I can flip it and use a pen to take notes or even watch a movie. Nice HP model!

My experience working with the sales person was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to understand. My experience with Geek squad setting my new computer was very simple and everything was setup as explained to me. I have purchased many computers from Best Buy and will continue do so.

This is an awesome laptop! Touchscreen with ability to switch to tablet mode when watching movies, shows or videos. I now watch Netflix exclusively on this because it has such an awesome picture. My zoom video calls are the best very good quality. I wish battery life was longer but still not a deal breaker.

I made an excellent choice for this Laptop.....easy to set up and use. Thanks , also to the wonderful help with one of your Geeks. Wish I could remember his name but he booked me for 30 minutes first to answer my questions and then showed me how to do some things I couldn't figure out how to do.
