So far this laptop has been great! I love being able to use my my fingerprint to log into my laptop. Also the touch screen is awesome! I'm so glad I bought this laptop. Very happy with my purchase.

My husband had purchased a similar laptop and was very happy with it. He found this one for me on sale. I basically use for Bill paying , web surfacing and occasional zoom meeting . I am a bit challenged navigating technology but found this easy to use

The HP is so much faster than my old device. It is a joy. However, my Geeksquad experience was very disappointing in this time of Covid. At first NOTHING worked and it took two days on the phone and 300 miles of driving to the store to get it working correctly.

I really like this laptop. It's the best one I've owned yet. It's fast, reliable and easy to use. I like the flexibility of being able to use it as a tablet too. I have not had issues with it yet. No complaints about it yet. Only owned it a couple months though.

I absolutely love this laptop! I was looking for something that had great video quality for zoom classes and this made the cut. I didnt realize it when I chose this product that it is touch screen, which is a bonus. This is a great product over all, no issues.

Got this laptop for work and it lives up to the hype. The screen is big enough to have multiple windows open at once and it has the touch screen for when my hands get tired of clicking the mouse. Battery holds up great and I am very pleased.

Love it. As a law student it helps get the job done. Also great sound and picture quality when you want relax and hear music or watch a show. Battery life on it is good. The touch screen can be sensitive at times but it usually pulls through for you

Overall this is a good laptop for the price with many features I was looking for. Thus far performance has been solid. The keyboard is responsive with good travel. The only downside is the silver keyboard - backlit black is much easier to navigate.

I love this computer! It is very clean looking, has a large screen and is easy to use. The fan can be loud, but only if you have sensitive hearing. I have had a Mac and Lenovo in the past but this is by far my favorite computer so far!

Recently purchased the HP-Envy x 360 through Best Buy. Really like the sturdy case and strong hinges. I was concerned about setting up the files and using the Microsoft programs since I had never use Windows 10 before. It has been very easy to use with the help of the Cortana voice assistance. The keyboard has a numeric keypad which was not listed on the description. Since I had never used one before, I really didn't mind if I had one or not. It has taken a little while to adjust to how the letters are spaced. The pen did not come with the computer as I reviewed on You Tube. Check the specs before ordering to make sure if it is included before ordering it. I love the screen and graphics for media viewing.

I'm a senior in college and we went almost all online, so I needed a good laptop that wouldn't drop Wi-Fi during zoom meetings, so far I've had no issues. The touch screen whiteboard is a pretty awesome feature too. This laptop is crisp and runs fast.

I know I saw some bad reviews on this computer but I got it anyway because it was on sale and honestly I'm impressed. The graphics are plenty good for me and it runs fast. The camera is so-so, but I don't use that anyway. Haven't had any problems so far.

Bought this for my son. He loves it. It’s easy to use and great screen size. It appear to be able to handle most anything he is trying to do for school. No regrets bought two more for the household

I bought this laptop as a replacement for desktop with a failed motherboard. This is my first laptop and found features I really like. It's able to open and use like a tablet, has a touch screen, and easy to use. I wish the battery life was a bit better, but it seems to charge pretty quickly.

This is a very efficient laptop. I'm working from home and it has an excellent camera with easy sign on and lock features. The days of trying to remember my password are over! I love the bio security features and the touchscreen/bluetooth capabilities.

Needed a pc for light gaming and school in that order and this laptop suits my needs perfectly! Also, the backlit keyboard is a nice touch as is the fact that the casing on the laptop is metal and not plastic for the price I couldn’t go wrong with this

I have to say this lap top is my all time favorite and I have had a lot of them, this HP is fast easy to use light weight and it has two USB ports and a C port HDMI port and SD slot I’m happy I got this HP ENVYx360 great deal

Bought two of these to use at church. The ease of use of the product is great! The larger screen has been great for everything we do. We really love the fact that you’re able to touch the screen if you don’t want to use a mouse of the touchpad.

I absolutely loved this laptop but I could not get over how loud it was. I checked the reviews before I bought it but assumed that it can't really be that loud... It was that loud. Even just having one tab open will have the fan running like you're doing heavy work. Personally it would've ended up giving me too many headaches so I had to return it. I expected more especially for the price and since it's a newer model. Even my old dell laptop that I've had for 4 years doesn't fan that loud. But I loved the keyboard, I loved the touch screen and all the little extra qualities it came with! If you can get over the noise it's a good laptop.

its been a month using it. i really like the compact size along with touch screen option. light weighted as compared to older envy i had. good for light work, but not meant for heavy duty work. i currently work from home and when i am connected to VDN at work, i get a msg low on resources.
