Pretty good so far, we've had the glitches (random screen going black, buttons taking a minute, freezes. However for the price and what you get, it's pretty decent. I love the sticky note app and the whiteboard feature. Wish it came with a CD drive and stylus.

I am in love with this laptop. This was recommended by a friend as a reliable computer for online schooling purposes and it has not disappointed yet! I love how I have a laptop and a tablet all in one!

I’ve owned this laptop less than three weeks and I’ve already experienced issues with the power button. My laptop would not turn on even though it was fully charged with a working cord. Eventually it did, but this has happened 3 times already, and twice right before I had to log into my Zoom class. I paid more than $900 on a teacher salary because I need a fast and dependable device for remote teaching. That being said, once it is on, the laptop is fast and so easy to use. I love the big touchscreen and it works well with the apps and programs I use for teaching. Fingers crossed on the power glitch. I did some research and found out the power button problem sometimes happens on this model. Buyer beware.

I purchased a hp laptop , IPad & a tablet for 3 of my children & they love their new electronics . Easy set up , I already had WIFI & I’ll definitely be back to purchase another laptop for my 2nd child as well!!!!!!

I was not sure. But it’s been great. Not to heavy to use in tablet mode. I think the price is good. My only problem is watching movies. The picture is pretty good but not great. I use a lot of streaming movies.

I am a beginner using a laptop. The features of this laptop are superb and it very user friendly. It is expensive, but it is worth it in my opinion to have everything that I need to function my tasks properly.

Since my prior Envy purchase of September 2019 had suddenly developed SYSTEM ERROR problems, I exchanged it for this slightly different model and carefully monitored its use. Everything was very good except that the hours of battery use seem to decrease. Online reviews demonstrated that this could be a problem. However, by limiting the use of OneDrive to necessity and deleting unused applications, I was able to reclaim much of that decrease in battery time. In any case, the battery recharging time is efficient. In all other respects, I am pleased with this laptop..so far.

I am a senior with limited tech knowledge. This lap top is light weight and slim and looks nice. It opens fast when you hit the start key. Also very fast in uploading pages. My keys are metallic colored and this makes it hard to see the letters unless a light is shining directly on it. I am still learning and getting use to the new Windows 10 system. The Geek Squad has been a life saver for me by helping learn how to do things on the computer. The one thing I wished would be to be able to move all my stored bookmarks directly to the new computer. Evidently this can't be done as the operating systems of old and new are so different. All this being said, I like the new computer. Oh, I wish I could turn off the finger pad.

Very good laptop. More than adequate for my daughter's schooling. Lots of features and very easy to use. Only four stars because sometimes the fan kicks on even though its sleeping. But yes it's a great machine.

I do pretty basic stuff with my computer, nothing that would test it too hard, but it is exactly what I was looking for. A great computer for a college student looking for something reliable and with a touch screen.

This laptop is amazing as it is a big tablet when folded over. It is a touchscreen so that helps with working it quicker. And it is quick and looks good also. The quality of the images is also excellent as well.

This computer is very versatile. It is easy to use as a laptop for me since becoming a college student yet again, and it can transform into a tablet for my daughter. Light weight and easy to carry all over.

feels sturdy enough to carry in the back pack. Great touch screen. Easy to enlarge items on the screen for better viewing. Quick to load up additional programs. Still playing with it to learn all the benefits.

Easy and quick setup. The light up keyboard is a plus. Sleek look and lightweight is great. Haven't set up alexa yet but cortana is very helpful. Happy with my purchase. Camera and picture quality are amazing.

As a nursing student I needed something fast, reliable, and affordable. This laptop satisfied all those stipulations. The only con I have is that the brightness could be better but besides that, great laptop.

After 3 months I had only one issue where the laptop required me to go online to get a reset key code. For some reason it decided to reset itself (or something like that; I can't remember the exact message) so I had to go online from a different computer to get a code so that the computer would re-start. After I got the code at work and emailed it to myself, I went home to restart the computer and found that I didn't need the code afterall. Rather troubling experience but so far it has not recurred. My only other complaint is the color of the keyboard lights. The light blue lights do not show up very well against the light gray keys; I wish that there was an option to make the lights a darker color. I purchased this laptop with little research as my previous laptop finally bit the dust, but I am very happy with my decision.

Overall this is a pretty good computer. I had issues with the fan noise being very loud initially and had to send it in for repair. Make sure it is only used on a flat surface. Other than that, it is a great computer for regular, everyday use.

My old HP was 12 years old, slow, keys sticking and no battery left. It was time for an upgrade. While very similar to its predecessor it’s a little different, so I’m still catching on. It is much faster and offers more, so I’m well pleased .

I love my device! It’s extremely lightweight compared to my old Dell. Easy to use and streams my favorite shows with no issues. The battery life could be better

This is a great laptop. I purchased it for my Aunt and she's loved it. So easy for a 70 year old to use. Now that she has it, I no longer get phone calls for help or that her computer is slow.
