I bought it on line and went and picked it up a few hours later at the front door. It is very nice and easy to use. The weight is slightly heavier than expected.

It loads everything so much faster than my windows xp and it has much more storage and it has easy accessibility and light when I need to bring it around places

A manual to come with this product would be beneficial for someone who needs to see what this computer can do. The speed of the laptop is great and the fingerprint reader log on is great.

Got this for my daughter a few weeks ago. She loves it. Way better than the entry level laptop she had before. It folds in so many directions. Very cool.

I LOVE this computer! It is a 2-1, backlit keyboard, number pad, windows, the fan turns on more than I thought it would but it is silent, and I just love it!

I love this laptop/tablet. The looks of it, the size of the screen, that I can use it as a laptop and then switch to a tablet-style when I am with clients.

Purchased this laptop for our daughter as she heads off to college. This is our 3rd HP laptop in the family now. In general, we've found the HP products to be a good value - especially if you can find one on sale (which is often). This particular laptop strikes a great balance between screen size and overall form factor. For her needs, this is a great blend of processing power (i5), a moderate amount of RAM, and a minimum SSD size. She's thrilled with it so far. Of course, it's main use is to stream Netflix at the moment ;) Hoping it gets used well beyond that this Fall!

I use this computer mainly for school. It is wonderful! Light weight yet sturdy, can be tablet or laptop, and the touch screen is a game changer!

Easy to use. First lap top and speed and display are excellent. Tech dept loaded data from my desk top and the screen looked just like former computer.

I was looking for a lightweight laptop with SSD and good sound and speed. Touch capacity works great, especially for the popular healthcare visits. Backlit keyboard was a must. Good value.

Didn’t know how slow my old laptop was until I got this. Easy to use, like the lighted keyboard at night, and that it can fold into a large tablet.

Pleased with the speed and the fact that it goes from laptop to tablet with ease. Great for someone that is going to use it for textbook download.

I purchased this laptop for my son mainly for the upcoming school year. It's fast and the graphics are really good. Plus the price wasn't bad at all.

Only down side its a little loud. My daughter loves it gets all her assignments done efficiently with all the software options available for thus model. Its a little heavy.
