I'm not a tech person but I love this laptop! I can do everything on it, check email, fb, watch movies, touch screen is nice too!

I am really enjoying this laptop. It has so many great features. My favorite is the touch screen that flips over to use as a tablet.

I love this computer! Its perfect for all of my business management needs and then some. I play games on it with no problem. It does get a little hot when I've been playing a game for a bit on it but the fan kicks on and does its job. Yes the fan is a little bit noticeable but nothing so annoying i can't deal with it. Its a great little computer for most uses! I haven't tried any hard core gaming but its been great for regular computer games. And I love the fingerprint scanner on it for added security.

Great computer. Easy to use and set up. Connected to Wifi and printer without any issues. I would recommend this computer.

Really nice laptop. The number pad deal is good to go. The touch screen is a nice option also.

Not bad for the price if used for everyday use. Any heavy gaming is a no and smaller less graphic heavy games are okay.

Lighter than my old laptop, but still has a fingerprint reader, which I like. It has done very well on Zoom meetings, so far.

I bought for college. Very good and versatile. I did have some glitches in the first couple of months, which made me disappointed because it was new.

I was a bit worried about getting this, but I really wanted something that was compact and had a keyboard! This is amazing!

I am not sure about this product. Good: Nice screen size, and colors. Good wifi, bluetooth and cam. Does process/access basic programs quickly. HP Tech support was responsive. Bad: Battery life is not even close to 8 hours. Having a a browser and email open, not doing anything will drain in less than 8hrs. After one month of use, the night before heading to work I put it in sleep mode. Next morning it was still on, odd but ok. Closed it up and put it in the carry bag and headed into work. Three hours later I removed it from my bag, it was burning hot, running at full speed, and fans a blazing. It was locked up, and I couldn't get it to stop. After attaching the power cord, and spraying dust off along its exterior to cool it off I was able to shut it down. It took me an hour on HP help to get them to acknowledge that it could have damaged something. Unfortunately, at the time I couldn't go a week+ without a laptop to send it in to have "something" replaced. So far seems to function normally, but time will tell. Typical big name bloatware installed. ------------------------------------------ If I could go back and buy again I would get 16GB RAM. Normal browsing, email and a chat running with all the other background processes easily uses ~6GB RAM. Run another program, you're maxed (yes, I am aware there is virtual mem).

This unit is fast and lightweight. It replaces another HP laptop that saw it's days. Love the way it can fold like a tablet.

I am so happy to have gotten this for my 6th grader for her elearning and gaming she can do so much with this device

I got this as a step up from my older HP and I love it! The screen is very clear and the sound is very clear. I also like the detail of the lit up keyboard!

I've been buying HP Envy laptops for years (on my 3rd now). They last several years before they slowly start having issues (like screen hinge or keyboard light goes out) so I keep buying them. I love this new one and all the functionality. The only negative I've discovered is that the fingerprint sensor isn't all that sensitive, so you often have to put your finger on it a few times. DEF not like your iPhone, to manage your expectations. But other than that, it's awesome and easy to set up.

This was nice but just too expensive for what you get. May be worth it for some. I highly recommend HP just not for $1000 + on a laptop.

This computer has met all of our expectations after purchasing a few weeks ago. Like to touch screen and screen resolution.

Pleasantly surprised at how easy this is to use. The only odd thing is that the power button is above the backspace key.
